THEY'RE MAGICIANS WITH YOUR CAR... I recommend Dent Doctor 10,000%. I've done business with them multiple times over the years - always the same owner, always the same talented and highly skilled technicians. They're incredible, and they do incredible things to fix your car. Yes, they'll take out dents, but they also buff out scratches, touch up paint dings, and generally fix things you won't believe they could fix. Example, one of our cars accidentally hit the garage door opening. Not sure how it happened - the house must have jumped when a very, very, very close relative of mine was pulling one of our cars into the garage, but it happened. Oops. Ouch. Bumper cover all scratched up on an expensive car. Latex paint from the house all stuck in the bumper cover scratches. The bumper cover looked completely ruined. The BMW dealer quoted $4,000 to replace the entire bumper cover and paint it to match - and they had to order the bumper cover from Germany. Dent Doctor buffed it out and touched it up for less than $200... and I swear you cannot tell. Love these guys. Love their service. Love how much better they make our cars look. DD is fast, economical, and does excellent work. I went to them about a front bumper dent and scrape. They told me that they could improve the appearance but it wouldn't be perfect, and it would take at least an hour. I would have been happy with that; however you have to look very hard to see the imperfection and it took less than 1/2 hour with a great price. Couldn't be happier! WOW is all ccould say when I picked-op my car. It's GORGEOUS!!!!!! THANK YOU Mark!!!!!!!!!! It had two rather smallish dents in the driver's side. I had gone to another shop and received an estimate for over $1,100!!! I hadn't been T-boned for Pete's sake! Anyway, I wasn't going to have them do the work and I was even a previous customer!! (I'm not going to mention the shop but it's on Sawmill real close to SR161). I almost had a stroke. So I figured I was stuck with two minor scrapes on an otherwise beautiful car. You know it's been three years since I received that REALLY high quote. I wonder what the price would be quoted now, three years later. Well I put up with my dents for 3 years and a decided to try the Dent Doctor. He (Mark) gave me a price that I had to ask if he was kidding. It was less than 1/3 of the other place. Then along come COVID-19 and I, like many, many people chose not to go almost ANY PLACE/EVERY PLACE. So I didn't get my car fixed for a totally different reason than before! So now it's been a long time since I received that terrific quote. I just went in with my dented car and asked them what would the current quote be, fully expecting a major increase quote. I mean every one else does. Not at the Dent Doctor!!!! They quoted me the same amount as before!!!!!! Plus the work was fantastic!! Don't go here if you're looking for reasonable help for an uninsured fix. Mark (the owner) is a grouch to talk to and generally unhelpful. It also seems like he only wants to take that high quote insurance money and the moment you are looking for a cheaper solution is the moment he checks out. After calling and trying to get some advice on what to do with my car that was in a hit & run which insurance was not covering, and to see if he'd be willing to use body panel parts that I would provide to fix the car, Mark gave me a spiel on how the car could likely be repaired without cutting (contrary to what I was telling him) but told me he needed to see the car in person. I was hopeful at this point that even though he was fairly unhelpful over the phone, he would be more helpful in person and I appreciated that wanted to personally take care of it. A couple of days later I took the car in for the estimate. Mark told me that he straight up couldn't do the work due to it being extensive. (For the record, the driver's rear quarter panel of the car is damaged. Even though this technically is part of the unibody frame of the car, this location is not structural since it's behind the rear wheels.) So he's telling me that someone needs to pull the frame back into place, cut the car, and weld a new panel...literally what I told him over the phone that he didn't believe. But anyway, I kept listening politely and eventually he asked me what the car was worth. I said $9,000 which he also didn't believe so we went into his office where he googled the car. Lo and behold it was worth $9,000 (and some change). He tried to convince me that it was totaled and to sell it, because it is going to cost $6,000 to fix. That isn't what I want to do because it's a solid car despite this cosmetic damage. We're literally going in circles at this point because that this is where I started on the phone with wanting to provide the new body panels to get the repair cost down. He then refused to look at the body panels I had found to tell me if they might work and also refused to recommend a shop that could fix the car without breaking the bank, saying "I only work with top of the line". Generally frustrating interaction and a huge waste of time and energy. Would not recommend this shop for anything more than an insured door ding, and even at that point there's nicer people to work with out there. read more

Can't believe how great my car looks ... dents and a crease are GONE, GONE, GONE !! And no repainting was involved ! I had several dents where a car hit me right between the passenger door and rear passenger door, denting both. A body shop quoted me a significant price and disassembly and repainting was going to be required. In my opinion, repainting always is evident , it is just so hard to match and blend it in, and I wanted to avoid it. I'm writing this review because I scoured the Internet in search of reviews for Dent Doctor, but couldn't find anything. Perhaps this will help someone with their decision. After someone ran into my car and left the scene (may karma bite them in the a@$), I visited a couple of places for quotes. DD was over 300.00 less than the other places. What?! I figured it was too good to be true. The guy who helped me - I assume the owner - walked out to my car, said, "Don't worry," escorted me to the receptionist, mumbled two words to her, and then out came the quote. I went home and searched for reviews, but came up with nothing. This further convinced me the Dent Doctor was a shady scam. So, naturally, I took my car to them. Thank god my instincts were wrong! In addition to being way less than the others, they fixed the dent in 4 hours while the other places said three days. The big ol' dent is gone. As I type this, my skeptic-self is saying readers are going to assume I'm an insider. Not the case. I hope others chip in to the conversation on this place because, to me, it really feels like the best-kept secret. read more

They worked as fast as they could and even ate cost with eating a supplement just so I could get my car back quicker (otherwise had they filed, it would've been approximately another week before I'd get my vehicle back). My 3-month old car got dinged by a door in a parking lot. The dent was small but pretty sharp. Anyway, DD did the best they could but you could still see a bubble where the metal had stretched. When I got there to pick it up, the mechanic and the owner came out to talk to me about it. They were very forthright about it. The owner explained in great detail what it would take to make it look right and why it would cost significantly more. He is extremely knowledgeable! So obviously I was disappointed with the result, but I understood why they did the best they could. So I paid and left - never asked for them to lower the price or even mentioned the price. Less than 30 minutes later the owner called me and said he didn't feel like I was totally satisfied so he didn't feel right. He said he was going to refund me a portion of the cost and I had the check in my mailbox a couple days later! I was so impressed with his integrity and his genuine interest in customer satisfaction! Unfortunately, you don't experience that enough with businesses - even small business owners. I will be a customer here any time I have a need. They are great, trustworthy people. This place was so friendly and helpful. They helped me with dealing with my warranty I bought for dents/dings (and the warranty company is a pain in the ass). I needed some paint repair done. It look like someone took a Brillo pad to the side of my car and scrubbed it down to the body. I took it in they looked at it offered to try buffing it to see if that would work. They said if it wouldn't both out they wouldn't do the whole job. I am rarely blown away by service, especially automotive service, but Ammar and Jessica really upped the expectations today. My son got upset with us and slammed his lunchbox down on the hood of my wife's car. We decided that he had to attend the repair and also pay for it to learn his lesson. When Ammar asked me how it happened, I told him. He said he would discount the repair $50 as he appreciated what we were trying to teach our son. He later pulled me aside and offered to do it for free. I accepted the $50, but my son needed to deal with consequences of his actions. In about an hour, it was done and it looked great. We got the discount, they gave my son a $25 gift card to take us to lunch and also wrote a note to him. Who does this? They were so great. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more
