The "repair" started to rust so I contacted progressive to get it repaired yet again. When I picked up my car I noticed this glass sitting in my back seat, unwrapped, digging into my door armrests. Not very cool I gotta say. Zero communication about this, or anything really other than the day before it was ready to be picked up. Their manager came out to see this and started getting really pissy when I called them out for failing at every aspect of their business. He really didn't like it when I told him to go fuck himself either and then he got up in my face and threatened to have me arrested. Mind you he was preventing me from leaving the business at that time. If you need work done on your car and your options are Land and Kenny or a groups of rabid raccoons with a few tools, I would go with the rabid raccoons.

At first I was suspicious of bringing my car here after a pretty big accident. I was telling almost…read moreeveryone I hoped they would send my car to Toyota's repair place off Sawmill Road. Although sometimes you can't always have what you want and you have to compromise. So I listened to the guy's insurance that was in charge of covering my vehicle and they sent me here. After reading these 5 star reviews I knew my car would be in good hands. All that suspicion started to go away. The customer service was great, they explained everything they would do to repair my vehicle and a time estimate when it would be done. The reason they are getting the five stars though is that I did not expect my car to be done by now and in very good condition after they completely fixed the damage done to my rear end of the vehicle. I expected to get a call like next week. The reason I'm ecstatic is because you might not know but I did not take a rental during the time my car was being repaired by Glassburn. I was offered it by the insurance but because I had 2 other vehicles I said no thanks. I sort of regret not getting that rental now, since I went through 2 cars that had so many issues in the three days my car was being repaired. So as you can all imagine, when I got the news my car was completed today I jumped for joy. Ben at Glassburn surely made my day by letting us know the vehicle was done earlier than expected. Plus it looked brand new and they really took care of it. They cleaned the car inside and out and my wheels were all sparkly. I highly recommend coming here if you have an collision repairs needed. My car was promised to me no later than noon today. When I called this morning they acted like they had no idea.
