Dealing with my (awful) insurance, keeping in contact with me about any updates, giving me a good deal when my insurance ultimately screwed me over, and did a great job fixing my car. DON'T EVEN CONSIDWR THIS BUSINESS. ALSO LOOK AT THEIR BBB REVIEWS. If I could possibly leave negative stars I would. I can't express enough how unprofessional this business is. My car was promised to me no later than noon today. When I called this morning they acted like they had no idea. Then they told me they wouldn't release it to me anyway because they didn't have the insurance info, that I provided them when I dropped the car off last week. They did not honor the entire amount they said they would cover of my deductible. They told me to be here at 6 and the car would be ready. It is now 6:30 and no one has come back into the office for a half hour. I am moving out of state tomorrow and missed a last happy hour with my friends because of these ass clowns. No apologies given. Update: I've not been waiting almost an hour after close. Then they brought the car out the paint in the repair area was bubbled. They are now buffing it in the parking lot. He was done, but there's still another spot. And, they broke my favorite key chain. But, I have my car! read more

There's a reason why this place has so many 5-star reviews in other outlets.  The Fine Line (Morse & High) team is honest, transparent, and polite.  They are also timely and communicate well: They schedule drop-offs conscientiously, so repairs are done in way that respects customer needs. The team is proud of its good reputation, and works hard to uphold it.  You want to use a team that cares about its reputation, because they will treat you well.  I will also add a bit gratitude that they were willing to work with me, and identify an economical repair path.  FineLine will absolutely NOT cut corners, but they will take customer interests into account when they can. If I needed more auto-body work, this is the only place I'd go.  And I'd send my friends and relatives here.  I don't trust many places, but I trust  this FineLine (at Morse&High). read more

AVOID! High cost, poor work, LONG wait times. Brought my SUV there for some work after a low speed collision that affected the drivers side bumper, radiator cage, and A/C. My insurance quoted $3,400. I looked over the estimate, and requested they remove repainting services and replacing some panels that suffered minimal damage. They requoted $2,900. I ended up paying $2,600 because they were not able to finish the work. They had the car for a couple of weeks. I get it back and (1) The front bumper doesn't match the rest of the molding, (2) some pieces that they "replaced" were with used parts and/or not replaced at all, (3) they pounded out a dent useing a metal tool that left a series of dents that no respectable body shop would do to a car, and (4) they waited until the day I picked it up to let me know my A/C would not be fixed due to a part being out of stock, and it would be up to month to get the piece. I was able to order the part online from rockauto.com that very day. This company won't "look online" for parts, they only buy from a select group of suppliers and if they don't have your part, you are SOL. Took my car back to have the A/C fixed and after a few hours they called me to say that yet another hose on the A/C needs replaced and that'll be out of stock for 1 - 2 months. The accident was in July, it's now September, so I've had no A/C all summer. (5) Drove my car home, opened the door and the driver's side molding popped off. Turns out, instead of simply re-ordering the $3 clips to re-clip it on, they went ahead and glued it to my car. So, now half the brackets on the molding have completely snapped off and there are globs of black glue on my car that I now have to chip off to replace it correctly. I took the piece back to ask why they did that and to see what my options were. The manager was rude, laughed in my face and told me they were doing me a favor by putting the piece on. A favor? There is no need to do me a favor. Put the part on correctly and bill me for it. Don't just slap a piece on with glue. He went on to say, "I didn't think you wanted us to order you a new part, the car is 10 yrs old. You didn't want us to re-paint anything. You didn't want us to replace the hood," dismissing my complaint. As if that has anything to do with their shoty work. My car is 8 yrs old, and I don't need my hood replaced or anything painted. That's my choice as a customer. He did offer, "We can take a look and see if there's anything we can do." No thank you. What are you going to do? Snap my existing clips off and re-glue the sports trim to my SUV? I DO NOT TRUST YOUR WORK, and can certainly fix this piece more professionally than what I've seen from your shop. I literally had to do that with another panel two yrs ago and have had no problem with it. This company tried to talk me into work I didn't need nor want, and have not completed the work I expressed as most important. Stay away from here. Any back alley garage could do the same work or better for half the price. read more

WARNING: Do not use this fraudulent business. Fine Line (Graceland location) told me and the insurance company several times that my car "was complete and done". I had a tiny fender bender August 30th. I dropped my car off the next day. I was told it would be done Tuesday the 8th because they are behind. No problem there. Then, I was told it would be ready Thursday the 10th. Still not done. Fine. Then, My car not only was was more than 2 weeks late, but I was told by Heather multiple times that she would drop my vehicle off Saturday, September 12th since I was out of town the 11th-19th and wanted to make sure I'm not charged for the rental car since it was "fixed". I was told verbatim it was "already completed". I said it was fine if it will take longer but that I needed to know since I was going out of town for a week and had several appointments including watching my 2 year old nephew that needed a ride back north 2 hours away on Sunday. So, I needed a vehicle. I got home September 19th and my car is NOT there. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME After promising to drop it off and that it was "already completely" that now somehow it's not completed!? So, I got a ride to the shop (it was closed). I don't see my car up front or in the back and cannot see inside. The next day is Sunday-no rental car places are open. I'm stuck with a child and several appointments on Monday. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALL EMAIL OR VOICEMAIL OR ANY NOTIFICATION IT WAS NOT READY. My insurance company did not either because they were told it was ready a week prior and closed the claim. I NOW HAVE NO CAR because Heather told me to drop off my rental and that she (offered on her own) to drop off my car to my house since it is only a 5 minute drive. No person told told me or my insurance company rep that the car was not done or that there was any mistake. Monday comes, and I call first thing in the morning...now the games begin. They tell me my car wasn't done. No apology, just a "misunderstanding" they said. How do you close a claim before a car is completed?! They closed the claim! So, I ask for a rental since I have several appointments and they take all day to call one place and tell me it's only a pickup truck. I can't fit a truck in my work parking space so just ask for any car that is compact. I just need a car. So they pretend to try to find one and don't return my call in time. I call them back, then they said at 2pm that my car will be done in 20 minutes and they will drop it off. It's 4:30 and still not done it here. So, I call my insurance company to try to get a rental and they have to "reopen the claim". But, at THE EXACT SAME RENTAL PLACE Progressive is able to find a compact car for me. Thanks Progressive. As soon as I get the rental car at 5 pm then I finally get my car. Only because I told them they had 20 min to get it here or I was going to come to the shop. I could not go to work because I was stranded and am watching a child. & I had to cancel appointments (one had a $50 fee). Quit over promising on things you can't deliver. You are effecting people's money, transportation and safety. Second issue: my estimate ($1800) for a small dent is now ($8000). The claim sent to my insurance company was inflated and looks they replaced parts that were unaffected in the accident. I suspect fraud but that is for my insurance company to determine. But go somewhere else and pay close attention to your bill. I'm not sure if the management has changed but I never had issues in the past here and that was not the experience I had this time. I had a problem with damage to my bumper and stopped in to get an estimate. Juan saw me and came out to see what I needed. He was able to identify the problem with ease.. I wasn't able to get the problem fixed at this time, and he did a temporary fix with duck tape to make the car drivable til payday. This is the second time I used their services and I couldn't be happier with both office and the mechanics. read more

I took my brand new 2017 Audi Q7 to Fineline for repair after my wife got hit 2 times in the same day (back and side). Rife's Auto Body quoted me almost $5000 more than what Fineline charged in the end, and I got my deductible paid in full by these guys. Sure, it was not my fault and other people's insurance was paying for it all, but I still like saving money - even if it is for someone else. They hooked me up with an estimate to get some paint work done on my car and even offered me a cash discount. Can't wait to come back and get my car repaired by such a friendly staff. read more

Dropped by to get an estimate while I was in town and was really uncomfortable with their standards. Their receptionist Nicole was drunk. She reeked of alcohol. She was yelling at someone on the phone and ended the call by saying something sarcastic and hanging up on them. Then she turned on me in the same rude and aggressive tone. What did I do to you lady? I just got here. The customer service was some of the worst I've had. I don't know what's going on at that shop or how they manage to stay in business but I want nothing to do with them. Took my FR-S there for a few dent, door dings, and paint issues from when I purchased the car. They were great at this location. My car looks great and they completed the work within the time frame I was given. The repairs blend fantastically with the rest of the car and it looks brand new. Was contacted via phone by this company despite being on the national do not call list and a prior request to the specific company to not be contacted. If they can not follow the law, or listen to people they want to be customers, I shudder to think of how they treat people who have already agreed to pay them. I will never do business with this company or any company who illegally contacts me and I would encourage anyone else to consider this behavior before entering into a contract with them. read more
