We used reliable towing today and they were very friendly. The guy who took the request explained everything well and the driver Mike was exceptional. Our car was well cared for and we even received a text message with photo when our car was dropped off at the service station. During a morning rush hour, I had a tire blowout. Luckily, I suspected something was wrong so I was in the process of getting the berm. My wife was stranded with a flat tire, in the pouring rain. Fortunately, it was only about 4 miles from home so I went to meet her. After considering using the emergency inflation/repair kit that came with the Toyota (no spare tire!), or jacking up the car and taking the tire to the repair shop myself, I decided that given the weather conditions and somewhat secluded location, it was best to just call for a tow. After a couple of tries, and being told by Shamrock it would be 3 hours, I found Reliable and called. Randy answered and could not have been more helpful. He said he could get a truck there in about 20 minutes, took my info, gave me a quote, and called the driver. Rob showed up in about 15 minutes, and was courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. He took great care in loading and unloading the car on/off the flatbed, and quickly delivered the vehicle to our mechanic's shop in Grandview. I was very pleased with the professionalism shown by the Reliable employees. My ONLY complaint is that they said they would not be able to give me a ride from the pickup location, which they communicated up front. Since my wife and I were both there with an extra car, this was not a problem. But had it just been one of us in a situation with nobody available to give us a ride, this would have been a problem. Rob said this policy of not providing rides is a holdover from COVID, and perhaps an insurance issue as well. It would be nice if Reliable would reconsider this policy, as it would be one less thing for the customer to worry about in an already stressful situation. read more

Theu were amazing our work van had a total ignition lock up not onlu where they there in under 30 mins they were thourough and professional and kond from the receptionost to the driver. The driver went out of his way to help fix the issue before simply towing it in less than 5 mins and a much more reasonable cost the initially anticipated had us up and running in time to finish our day strong. This service is a family ran business who has drug addicts who will get you out of your money if they don't give you a qoute over the phone. They charged me $97 for a tow less than 5 minutes away. Every other tow company is $60-$65 & $3 for every mileage. I'd advise to seek other services before ever using this company for anything. read more

The towing company driver is an asshole. They were dropping a truck own by our neighbor and blocking the entrance and exit of a cul-de-sac. My wife ask the driver how much longer they have to wait since it's been 20 minutes already. And the driver said he'll call the cops and block the street for an hour. Called several companies and I think their phones were transferred to someones home because there was 1. either lots of noise in the background and the person was very impatient or 2. Very bad connection and I had to hang up. Called Reliable and spoke to Rob. AWESOME! He was very helpful and had a calming voice that helped me to not feel stupid when I didn't know the answer to some questions and treated me like a HUMAN being.
