Only because a 6-rating isn't available on Yelp do I enthusiastically throw up another 5 to K&K Towing. Easy to understand how they have been around for almost 4 decades, based on my experience. I don't see a reason to ever use another towing company in Cbus. Driver called me giving me an ETA of 25 min and arrived in 23. After I released the parking brake on my car, Marty, the driver, already had my car up and moving before I got into my other car. After the short tow, he parked my car at the Ford dealer where I was going, and even let me know about an additional credit card charge before he processed the transaction. He even offered to wait if I wanted to go get cash. Can't say enough about this company. Use them as if you have the need. read more

I saw that K & K had good reviews and sent a message. K & K responded within a very reasonable amount of time (impressive since it's Christmas), the fee was fair, and one of their men called me immediately and said, "I'll be there in 20 minutes." He arrived in 18 minutes, was professional, nice, took care of my auto's problem within minutes, and offered recommendations to avoid the problem in the future. When I called K&K towing they were empathetic and super responsive. The driver was friendly and they arrived 45 minutes earlier than their original quoted time. They towed my vehicle off a gas station parking lot without permission from the gas station.We thought the car had been stolen.I had spoken with the gas station owner and had permission to leave my car after it broke down.We called to report it stolen to find out it had been towed. They held the car for a week before reporting that they had impounded it. They towed my car charged me over $300.00 to get it from their impound lot across town. Had to pay another tow truck to bring it home. I would not recommend doing business with them and don't think they should be in business. I only gave on star so this review would post. When just about every other company wouldn't answer the phone around 4:30 on a Saturday (not to mention a holiday weekend), these guys not only answered, but arrived in 15 minutes. Of course, when you need a tow truck, you're typically in an uncompromising position where you are at the mercy of paying a price that may be considered unreasonable. This towing company was sent to me via AAA. The tow guy came and looked at my car and temporarily fixed something so I could drive to the garage instead of using my one free tow with AAA. I was shocked as you just don't get honest people like this any more. He could have easily just put me on the tow truck to get paid from AAA and got me to the garage.
