negative stars !!!! your lucky i had to add one ! they cause damages and claim no liability unless it's within a month of service. they dont wait for ride to show up to be transported safely. you cannot ride as passenger. shut this family owned joke of a business down. oh yeah.. i'm reporting you to the bbb assholes . who laughs and blocks customers instead of paying for their liable damages read more

K & K Towing - THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ! THEY DO NOT CARE FOR RIDERS SAFETY - Towing Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Had to use their service twice in a week for my son's car. Quick to respond and arrive. Different driver came to tow each time, both were friendly, professional and conscientiously handled the car. Saved us on Christmas Day and a few days later to get it to the shop, and didn't charge an arm and a leg! Highly recommend!!! Thanks guys!!! Appreciate your help. read more

Just had a Corvette picked up by K&K. They arrived within 30 minutes of the call. They were very professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. The front end is very low to the ground but the driver was extremely cautious while loading the car. We own a small car dealership in Powell and will be using them for all future car transports. Our car broke down & the tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. Very fast & courteous service. So happy they arrived quickly because we couldn't push the car & it was blocking traffic. Thanks so much K & K read more

Only because a 6-rating isn't available on Yelp do I enthusiastically throw up another 5 to K&K Towing. Easy to understand how they have been around for almost 4 decades, based on my experience. I don't see a reason to ever use another towing company in Cbus. Driver called me giving me an ETA of 25 min and arrived in 23. After I released the parking brake on my car, Marty, the driver, already had my car up and moving before I got into my other car. After the short tow, he parked my car at the Ford dealer where I was going, and even let me know about an additional credit card charge before he processed the transaction. He even offered to wait if I wanted to go get cash. Can't say enough about this company. Use them as if you have the need. read more

I have telephoned K and K for tows and jump starting cars. Always extremely professional, quick, friendly and just positive energy and never any attitude or issues. Awesomeness all around! read more

I wasn't asked to give a review but K & K Towing and their staff deserve a 5 star review for their responsiveness and excellent, fast service. My car battery failed and my car wouldn't start. I saw that K & K had good reviews and sent a message. K & K responded within a very reasonable amount of time (impressive since it's Christmas), the fee was fair, and one of their men called me immediately and said, "I'll be there in 20 minutes." He arrived in 18 minutes, was professional, nice, took care of my auto's problem within minutes, and offered recommendations to avoid the problem in the future. If I ever need a jump in the future, I'll call K & K. This is the kind a great business and staff that deserve applause. read more

Not only did my driver, Jr, get here early... he was completely professional and super courteous. My alley was blocked off due to street repairs but he made his way back and quickly got my car towed all the way to Westerville at a great price. Highly recommend!. read more

We contacted this company after being told by AAA that it would be 4 and 1/2 for a tow. Our son had a blow out at 9pm on his way Home from campus. When I called K&K towing they were empathetic and super responsive. The driver was friendly and they arrived 45 minutes earlier than their original quoted time. I would give them 6 stars if I could and we will definitely use them every time in the future ! read more

They towed my vehicle off a gas station parking lot without permission from the gas station. We thought the car had been stolen.I had spoken with the gas station owner and had permission to leave my car after it broke down.We called to report it stolen to find out it had been towed. They held the car for a week before reporting that they had impounded it. They towed my car charged me over $300.00 to get it from their impound lot across town. Had to pay another tow truck to bring it home. I would not recommend doing business with them and don't think they should be in business. I only gave on star so this review would post. If this was my actual review it would be -5!!!! read more

Fast, friendly, and very courteous! They also allowed a variety of payment options. They responded in less than 30 mins, and were able to safely load my vehicle and deliver it to the shop. The Driver was also professional, dressed in uniform, and very polite. read more

I can't say enough about this towing service, especially about Brandon. I called for a tow back to my house from off the interstate. They responded quickly and was professional throughout. Brandon even put my car exactly where I needed it in my driveway. Simply the best price and service when things are at their worse! read more

Fast response time. Very accurate ETA. Careful and considerate while loading, driving and delivering my car. I have a high end vehicle with a low profile and specialty rims and felt very comfortable about the way every bit of its transporting was handled. All of this and one of the best prices in the Columbus area. I would highly recommend them. read more

After a few emails Junior called me and I made arrangements to have my truck towed to my residence. Their price was lower than another company. Yelp is a good app for local businesses. Make sure you call around first, some companies charge hook up and mileage fees. read more

Rude associates. Would give 0 zero stars if I could. An associate asked if my deaf brother in law could steer. Obviously he can, Just because he's deaf, doesn't mean he doesn't know how to drive? What a stupid question honestly, truly baffled by his question. read more

When just about every other company wouldn't answer the phone around 4:30 on a Saturday (not to mention a holiday weekend), these guys not only answered, but arrived in 15 minutes. Of course, when you need a tow truck, you're typically in an uncompromising position where you are at the mercy of paying a price that may be considered unreasonable. However, K & K Towing got my car to my shop quickly, with friendly service and a reasonable price. Highly recommend!! read more

This towing company was sent to me via AAA. The tow guy came and looked at my car and temporarily fixed something so I could drive to the garage instead of using my one free tow with AAA. I was shocked as you just don't get honest people like this any more. He could have easily just put me on the tow truck to get paid from AAA and got me to the garage. The guy knew his stuff under the hood that's for sure. I was so thankful that this company and this guy was sent my way. I really appreciated his honesty and help that day. read more

Worst company I've ever encountered. After my car being towed (which wasn't their fault), the driver was an abysmal person who proceeded to berate me for not getting out of the way as his truck was parked on the end of my shoe. Zero apology and he continued to yell at me as he made the entire ordeal much worse than it ever should have been. -5 Stars, if I could. read more

Excellent speedy and conscientious service from Brandon, when I needed a jump. Would definitely call again.

Very rude! Speaks to customer using fowl language. Very inconsiderate of my request to have my car towed. I ended up having to call another company. read more

Called another tow company before them. Made me wait over 2 hours when I was quoted for 45 min. Decided to cancel with them and go with K & K. Best decision I've made. They were earlier than what they quoted me. Very professional and would definitely call them again when needed. I would also recommend them over anyone in the Columbus area. read more
