We've called dozens of times to have cars towed from our private lot and nothing. If we call later in the day, if someone answers, they give the old "I must not have had service!" excuse. Sir, it's 2026, I would love to know where you are that you don't have service. If anyone knows a towing company that's taking contracts, hit me up!

do not use this company warning…read more warning do not use this company i wouldn't give them one star but i have to write this warning to the public... jordan is very unprofessional a liar and will tell you he will help you out by doing blah blah blah... do not believe him hes a wolf in sheeps clothing. i went to prison. my daughter chelsa burke found jordans name on google... this was a lesson learned! read reviews all of themmost might be fake like most of the reviews on this page. he put fake reviews on his business site so that people think he is a 5 * company now thats a good joke! no people its the owner, jordan writing them reviews. funny thing is the bac reviews are his actual cistomers the good reviews are him... i mean look they are all 5 star. and i actually googled some of the names on the reviews... that thete is desperation. you would think he would be a better business man cuz tow truck drivers are usually the noce giys but not this guy. luckily i knew a couple people who wrote reviews (my daughter wrote a nice review for jordan and his company)now in the beginning he did help my mother and daughter out by coming to my house and picking up my car. jordan even fixed my moms car that broke down while i was being evicted. jordan then was supposed to take my car to his place to store with all of my belongings that i had left. the car was so packed of stuff that a person wouldn't fit in it. i talked to jordan when i came home explaining i just got home from prison and my understanding is he was ok with holding my car til i got home and got a job. and when i spoke with him he said nothing that my car was gonna be sold or whatever all he said was he did have my car and the stuff in it. after talking to jordan and he said he did have my car and stuff in it and that it would be $300. i explained im having a hard time idk when but i will get the money and i will be back to get everything.so i had the money 4 different times and he would never answer the phone or text messages. my daughter tried as well. nothing... that was march... then i finally get ahold of him on friday and he says he don't have my car!!!! well the bmv says my title i have is active so he didnt file a title so i asked him again the next day in text where is my car... and nothing to the point of now its mothers day and i have had enough of the liesfor far to long and the not answering me back or picking up the phone. jordan doesn't have voicemail either. so you cant leave a message unless you text him so a friend and i drove out to his business for face to face answers and of course he doesnt know where my car is... lmmfao im so tired of this guy and his stories he keeps tripping up on. i mean who in there right mind tries to get over on an 88 year old lady, shes elderly (respect your elders)he was trying to get not only money but her title too! this guy isn't a business hes using the so called business for a excuse to prey on the weak and profit himself only regardless whos property it is. you know the type that saves you from getting hit by a bus while they pick pocket you. thats jordan. i left his business tonight so mad and disgusted... i went straight to the police station and filed a report for my car just magically disappearing lol what a joke... idk why this guy straight lied to my face cuz he definitely lnows where my car is or what happened to it but im glad i had my friend to witness his rude clueless act. he would never win an academy award thats for sure. just scammer of the year or fly by theif in the night. not to mention the excuse he gave me when he was totally lying was "idk what happened to it. i thought you came and got it... did your daughter?" my mouth dropped. i wanted to cuss him out so bad like dumb ass how would i pick my car up? i would have to pay you before you would release it to me smdh i could go on and on with the service of this company but i thank i am gonna take it another step further. jordan you took the one thing you shouldnt of took you could of took the belongings but you got greedy and stole my heart and sole, my car. fact is im devastated. i have to walk everywhere i go. i dont get help from people its just me and you stole my car. i have your money but ill be damned if i pay now!!! and i hope you find my car cuz its still in the city of newarks name technically but notorized by the police acution staff there that day into my name. and i've already messaged the bmv. im gonna ask that charges be pressed on you as well when i get there tomorrow cuz this aint the first time you've done this to someone. your a disgrace and i will be having a couple friends change their reviews since you pretty much forced them into writing reviews that they didn't want to but definitely they wanted the discount you offered them, if they wrote a 5 star review smdh im a felon but you sir are the bad guy the crook and i can't even believe you would take a single mothers on
