Worst towing service I have ever called. After explaining to the owner over the phone that I was stuck in the snow, he showed up and threatened to leave me in the snow if I couldn't hurry up and explain again while he was at my car because he was cold. I asked him if he was the same person I person I just talked to on the phone & he confirmed he was. I was confused because I had already told him everything before he came. Needless to say, he did nothing. He claimed something on the truck was frozen so he left. I ended up having to wait on another company which took another hour after I had already waited in the cold for him. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. read more

Ron is fast, friendly and amazing. The tow company that my insurance company originally called (Pop a Lock) got there 2 hours later and was unable to help me. I contacted my insurance company again and they called Mr. Helps to come save me. I was scared, cold, hungry and a complete mess. Ron called me to let me know that he was 15 minutes away and that he would call me periodically until he arrived to make sure that I was safe. When he got there he told me to get inside of the truck while he loaded my car, because it would be warmer and safer. Long story short he calmed me down and got me home safely. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable guy! I will always call Mr. Helps if I need anything. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Trust me! AWEFUL!!! The nasty receptionist needs to find a new job, one where she doesn't have to help people. I hope you lose your contract with Travlers Insurance because of her. There is ABSOLUTELY no need to tell a customer to "stop calling". I've been in my car for two hours with my 2 year old daughter and of course I'm going to check in. I called my roadside assistant and was originally dispatched to another company. After waiting 2.5 hours for one company, roadside dispatched Mr. Help's Towing. About five minutes after being dispatched, I received a call from the driver, Aaron. He let me know he was five minutes away. He arrived on time and was SO FREAKING NICE! It was cold and snowy and I'm sure he could tell I was completely over the day. He and I laughed and chatted for a few minutes. He let double checked where I wanted it to be dropped off and assured me everything would be okay. When he dropped my car off, he called to let me know that the place didn't have a key drop and where he had put my keys. Last night, was not the best night of my life, but it could have been worse. I was stranded cold and stuck in the mud and I needed help. I called Mr. Helps towing after discovering that my AAA had been canceled. The person that answered my call with Mr. Helps Towing was quick and professional. The truck that responded to the call was on time and also professional. Ron removed my car quickly and then was able to assist another driver who was also stuck that had been waiting on another tow truck. We had to have our daughters car (if we can even call it that anymore lol) towed today bc it broke down and we called Mr. Helps towing and they sent Anthony out to pick up the car. Anthony was so friendly and helpful and patient with the fact we misunderstood and didn't have the keys at the car. They came out through Nationwide Roadside Assistance when I was stranded on 71 late at night. When they couldn't change the tire (which they had been dispatched to do) they quickly helped us tow the car to our local Goodyear. They were polite and helped make an incredibly stressful, scary night a safe one. read more

Mr. Helps made a stressful situation much much easier! First he picked me up from home and took me to my car I'd abandoned! I was quoted 45 minutes, but received a call in 10 minutes that he was on his way! He arrived via my insurance company, but waited around for me to figure out my Honda warranty with zero complaints! He communicated with his supervisor to make sure I wasn't paying for unnecessary services too. Thankfully Mr. Helps was also covered through Honda. He was friendly, patient and worked very quickly. 04/18/2017 They were called for me by my insurance company to tow my car to my home...they were suppose to arrive at 9:10 pm, then 9:56 pm...contacted state farm back to tell them they hadnt arrived...they called 4 times and got no answer I contacted them they answered told me 5 or 10 more minutes. They did not come I canceled had them contact another tow service and had my husband pick me up after waiting 2 hours and 50 minutes....DONT EVER USE MR. HELPS TOWING!!! read more

This is probably the worst experience I've had with a towing company. I've been waiting since 8 pm for them to tow my vehicle and it's currently 10:40pm and they are officially over an hour late. Ordered tow service 1.5 hrs ago. They sent a tiny tow truck that wouldn't fit my truck-I have Usaa insurance and they specify the size when placing order. I tell the guy I'll wait for another but that I have to pick up my child very soon so if he's close I'll wait-if not I'll order a different service. He tells me he's on his way. 40 minutes later...no service. I call the office....says he's on his way. Call again-says he's on his way from Putaskala!-another 30 minutes away. So-I had to call my husband-who is an hour and a half away to go pick up the kids while I wait for a different tow truck. If you are in an emergency situation or in a time crunch-do NOT use them! read more

Ron and Alex were amazing. They provide a valuable community service even for people who are from out of town. Had to have our truck (after an accident) towed 260 miles to our home. They were extremely professional, respectful and affordable. We highly recommend this company for any towing needs (local or out of state). They are aware of the fact that anyone who needs a tow company is in a stressful situation but their calm, assured manner allows you to know you are in good hands. My teenage son broke a brake line on his car and it was disabled. We called our roadside assistance (Aceable) and they hooked us up with Mr. Helps Towing. Initial wait was estimate at 1 hour and 45 minutes. We called the towing company directly and they confirmed this. Updates from the roadside assistance company continued to show them on track for the ETA. After 2.5 hours of waiting and no tow truck, I called Mr Helps directly and the gentleman stated his driver was delayed. He stated he was just about to call me with an update, yeah right. He told me he would call me back with a new ETA. About 30 minutes later I checked the roadside assistance app and it showed my request for assistance had been cancelled. Thanks Aceable and Mr. Helps for terrible service. I understand things can change in a service industry such as this but this is unacceptable. I will be canceling Aceable and do not recommend Mr Helps Towing unless you want to be stranded without help. They should change the name to Mr. Nohelps Towing. read more
