My car was stolen and once found taken to Carters in Grove City. The thieves too my keys, credit cards, purse, etc. They even took my owners manual and registration. I was working with The Columbus PD and GC PD to find my car. Once located I was told it would be $350 for an overnight stay + $25 each day until I could get the cash to get it out of impound. (hence no DL or ID since it was all stolen). Then I had to pay to have it rekeyed and the total came to well over $600. Shouldn't there be some sort of compassion in instances like these? MY CAR WAS STOLEN. I wasn't parked illegally, I live a professional life and am a very kind person. I have full coverage insurance but it would have had to stay in impound for days until resolved. These guys at Carter's in Grove City, OH also took a bag of bullets and the weed found in my car. Go ahead ask for a break or anything just to try and remedy the situation. You won't get it from these tools. read more

I ran over a rock and broke my hubcap and bent my wheel. I called and the owner answered. After I told him what happened, he asked me to take a pic and send it to him. When I sent the pic, he told me that if it wasn't flat by noon, I could drive it to the repair shop. He could've just come on out and towed me and charged me the tow, but, he was honest and told me what he'd tell his own wife or sister. I ended up having to call him, because it subsequently popped, but, he came right away and got me to the tire shop. I truly appreciate the professionalism and awesome customer service! He tried to save me money and I appreciate his honesty and he's reasonably priced! Give him your business!!! read more

My car was hit on my way to work last week, and it's been awful trying to coordinate everything with insurance. The easiest part of the process was getting my car towed. McClusky Chevrolet hooked me up with Carter's and I had a great experience. My driver was Chris. He was prompt (down to the minute that I asked them to arrive!), friendly, and loaded my car quick. His truck was clean and I was comfortable riding and talking to him on the twenty minute ride from home to the body shop. I'll definitely use Carter's if I have towing needs again (though hopefully I don't), and I will request the same driver. Thanks Chris! read more

They are rubbing your money, over charge and they add $155 as a towing fees and they didn't towed any. Very rud and mean and whe you talk to them they will hang up read more

They are the absolute best! They charge reasonable prices. And their drivers will do anything they can to help.

They definitely made a traumatic experience more difficult. Poor customer service, the lot was unattended and hard to reach. Their rates seem high. My car was safe while at the carter's tow lot. read more
