Predatory practice. Was towed less than 10 min from accident site. I was put on hold and then they told me they couldn't get a hold of the manager. They would have them call me when they got a hold of them. I never got a call back. To answer your question it was Tuesday. To me it doesn't seem to matter when it was, it happened. Don't know who is running your shop but it appears they don't want to work.
