This is the second time I have had an issue with technicians doing their job. hopefully they actually did an oil change. I purchased new tires on for this vehicle at this location so that is why I'm doing my oil changes and tire there on a 5000 mile. I may just have to start doing only my tire rotations and staying there to make sure that it's done and do my oil changes elsewhere.

Tire discounters told her after inspection that the pads were fine and the brakes just needed to be cleaned and greased. I thought great, until they told her the price, $330 dollars to grease brakes. So I asked about their hourly rate apparently the hourly rate is over 180 dollars. These employees do not make enough if this is what the hourly rate is! Just to be sure I wasn't missing anything I asked the employee what the cost of having new pads purchased and installed on a different vehicle $275 is what I am told. With this logic, why am I paying more for no hardware? I have done brakes before and charging customers $330 for no actual pads replaced and 1.2 hours of work has me shocked. If this is the way that business is conducted here I will never be back and I caution everyone else, unless you are purchasing tires stay far away from this establishment. Also to the employees of tire discounters, I know I said this before but I will say it again, you need to unionize, if you are not making over $90/hour your employer is cheating you. They are charging customers double this and you are getting nothing in return.
