We (my mom and 2 young sons) waited about an hour on a Sat evening and Tim arrived. He was there about an hour trying to figure out what to do because although there was a space in my purchased new in 2020 Toyota Sienna THERE WAS NO SPARE TIRE! We were 2 hours from home in the middle of nowhere. Only 2 people can ride in tow truck if called- that wouldn't work. I knew no one in the area. Next thing I knew Tim had his OWN spare tire from HIS Toyota SUV and was trying it on my van. It worked!!!! He kindly said he would follow us home and swap back the tires. He would obviously miss 4 hours of work. He said there's no way he was leaving me stranded with my mom and 2 little kids or have me pay for Uber. I can't not believe the level of self sacrifice and kindness to strangers. I had to stop at first exit after leaving when I asked if I could return his tire when I got home/had it repaired. He was someone worried about us but I told him I'd let him know when we got home safely. I called when we arrived home and we chatted a bit. What an incredible person. A million stars for him. Please call him (614-809-9154) if you have ANY roadside service needs. A million stars. He truly saved us tons of time, money, and worries with his heartfelt act of kindness. I am still in awe.

I didn't even want to do one star. This guy is a con. I…read morewill not recommend nor have any of our trucks or trailers ever get serviced by this company again! I will let all my USA affiliates know about the way they operate and treat you like a criminal. Never in all my years have I dealt with this. I said right from the start, the starter wire (common on Volvo trucks) or battery cables loose. I told him I will put him on our perferred list, if he was fair, but obviously he didn't care. I asked several times for the part number and he played stupid. I had both the Delco Remy and OEM numbers to confirm what he was attempting to put on and we ended up putting the old one on again and it was the starter wire like I said. This guy turned and said $850. And I said no! We fought and he put it down to $650. but we should not have paid more than the agreed service call of $350. as he was just trying to pull a fast one. We had an important load to deliver and he screwed us up on that too. I would check his credentials as a mechanic, because they shouldn't be crooked. I have been in the trucking business for decades, have come across shady characters before but this guy tops all, my driver even said that he was just screwing us and wasting our time. Starter wire...6 hours????? This place is a joke!
