And to add insult to injury, the tow man called the Gahanna location of the restaurant, but you're towing a vehicle from downtown Columbus, does that make sense, NO! When a young kid is in that situation, a little compassion goes a long way. We went to the lot the next day to finish clearing the car. The lady in the office answered our questions and the gentleman that accompanied us to the car reminded us to get the plate (he even removed it for us). Being that we were in a horrible situation with an accident and the car likely being totaled, every Shamrock employee we encountered made it a little better by being friendly and helpful.

Both arrived at the accident scene within 30 minutes of our insurance contacting them. She was at a loss for transportation to the rental car company, and the owner graciously provided her a ride to the airport in Columbus, Ohio to get her rental. He then provided her with additional information about where her car was going and covering the process of getting the car to the repair facility. He told her was very familiar with the body shop stating they do excellent work.
