The first trail supply company wasn't familiar with the structure of a 2001 Yukon truck. He called Ohio Trailer Supply company and the gentleman was able to explain the structure of the truck to my husband, but that isn't what caused me to write this review. What impressed me is that after the gentleman took my husband's information and payment, for some reason before putting in the order he doubted himself and was humble enough to call and confirm the information. By doing that he saved everyone time and money. I really respect their professionalism. Thank you. I only gave four stars because we just placed the order.
