I purchased a transmission for my 2001 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. They went the extra mile to make sure that they could find one with the lowest amount of miles on it that was verified to be a good running transmission from a viable car. I had to wait a week for it to be shipped in but it was worth it. They did their due diligence. I will continue to do business with them. As a side note I don't understand the review from the person that bought a car from a junkyard and then complained about it. That makes no sense. We had an extremely bad experience with a used car purchased from Sevan Auto Parts. Unless you can bring in an independent mechanic to analyze the condition of the car, don't buy one there! They offer you their in-house mechanic but his evaluation was so inaccurate that after purchase we discovered from independent mechanics that needed repairs would cost thousands of dollars. You sign an AS IS/NO WARRANTY clause but if you accept their definition of the car's AS IS condition you may face large, unexpected expenses and have no recourse unless you hire a lawyer when going to court for justice. We didn't hire that lawyer (how many people buying a cheap car can afford one), but Sevan did and we're stuck with a bad car in need of expensive repairs - don't let it happen to you! read more
