I have been surprised at the number of car dealerships that have installed EV chargers but then park used, non EV vehicles in front of the chargers so they are impossible to get to. I recently had to get work done on my vehicle that I couldn't get done at smaller auto service locations; transmission fluid due to my car model. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and quick with their service. I would recommend this place for anyone in the area that needs to get work on their vehicles. Went truck shopping, discovered a truck that I liked online. I scheduled an appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson who took me to the person I was communicating with. This person was not actually from the Ford dealership, but the Chevrolet lot beside it. Once in, I felt like I was not important, or a bother to the salesman. I understand that things can get very busy, but I scheduled an appointment with the expectation that I would get the time I was looking for. He had several other deals that he was working on. Once I waited for several minutes, I was finally shown the truck. Again, the salesman was going through the motions, He would not listen to me as I was talking, and kept cutting me off. I had several questions about the truck which he could not answer. As a Buyer, I expect the sales staff to be knowledgeable on the product that they sell. I mean the root of the word of Salesperson is sales. Sell me the truck!!! Google was my best tool on this trip. Maybe it was a bad night, but my experience could have been a whole lot better, hence why I did not purchase a truck from this dealership. read more

Second time dealing with the "estimator" and second time I was told a part was ordered and it wasn't. You are better off taking your vehicle to another dealership even if you have to leave town to have it done. read more

This is for the parts dept. A few years ago I went to the parts dept. To get anti freeze. and block cleaner for a diesel. I stood there a while and decided to leave .A salesman folled me and talked me in to coming back in and getting what I wanted he was very nice and apologized for someone not waiting on me sooner . Service department promised a vehicle on a specified date for warranty work on my car. I relayed this date to my employer regarding my availability. This was scheduled a week in advance and the spare vehicle was not available. The following day enterprise also misled me on availability of a spare vehicle. The Ford service is completely disrespectful, complacent, and does not care about the customer's time. I made an appointment for my car for a Monday morning. I get a call back Monday evening from a guy that did not know why my car was there & said they didn't know what was wrong with it. Clearly it was not checked out. Tuesday no one called. Wednesday morning I get a call saying, once again, they didn't know what was wrong. Later that evening I finally received some kind of answer-it was one of two things, they would fix the problem covered by warranty first and they would know if that was indeed the problem Thursday. I didn't hear anything else until Friday evening. He said they fixed the warrantied issue, my car may be ok, come get it and drive it and figure it out. What the heck?!?! Almost a week in the shop and this is what I get? I'm never going there for service or purchasing a car again. read more

I have an 09 Malibu. It developed a rumbling sound in the rt front. They got my car in the same day. The problem was found and fixed in about an hour. To be honest with you, I use to deal with Hardens and was upset when they had to close. Then several people told me horror stories about taking my car to you. I haven't had any problems...so far so good. I usually deal with Randy and he is great. I don't know what the other questions were. They went away when I started to type. read more

my 2015 focus lost the turbo in the spring. i replaced it with a frd turbo. 30000 miles later it failed again. took it to ford. they took a week to replace the warrantied turbo, a 4 hour job. $1250 dollars later and 71 miles and the turbo failed. 3 weeks and $500 dollars later my car is ready. 100 miles later, im stranded again and they cant bother to get me a loaner to where i am. steer clear of this dealer, read more
