They gave me the amount of time it would take for the driver to get there and he got there during that time frame. She tore off the entire front passenger wheel well liner, tore off both front tire beauty rings, and bit through the front bumper multiple times. I just wanted the plastic parts replaced, no paint, no bondo, just replace the torn-off parts. After taking it to two other collision shops, each refusing to do the simple work I wanted, (everyone wanted to do full bump and paint, for over $4K....no...not for a 9 year old vehicle) a friend recommended Excite.
