The B & J Towing Service owner and his tow truck driver Bill were exceptionally professional and compassionate in providing above and beyond service. Both arrived at the accident scene within 30 minutes of our insurance contacting them. She was at a loss for transportation to the rental car company, and the owner graciously provided her a ride to the airport in Columbus, Ohio to get her rental. He then provided her with additional information about where her car was going and covering the process of getting the car to the repair facility. He told her was very familiar with the body shop stating they do excellent work. Additionally, The owner was out on personal business and responded with his driver to help, I cannot say enough about him and his business as it also represents contributing to research and cures for cancer. My insurance company, Progressive, sent them a job to tow my vehicle.tow my vehicle…read more Progressive gave me an ETA of 10 to 40 minutes, then 5 to 35 minutes, then 22 minutes. 35 minutes, then 22 minutes. They never showed up. I sat waiting on them for between an hour and a half to two hours. I originally had tried to call them and got a voicemail. When I called Progressive back, they tried to call this company and also couldn't get an answer. Finally, Progressive said they would get somebody else to tow my vehicle, which, as of the time of this writing, I'm still waiting on them to call back. Not very impressed with either , at this point Edit: I finally called a local company and they came out within the hour. Still, not a word from "Fast Quality Towing"
