I called In & Out Tree Care but got Dublin Tree Service (?) I spoke to Odie but wrote a check to Gary? I hired "In & Out Tree Care" to help me with misc. tree work and of course what they write about themselves is impressive but they don't deliver. I hired them for pruning and shaping, ( they just cut the tops off) and said they would be back for the shaping, it never happened. They took a tree down but left the mess (meaning all things tree) and it's all still sitting here. He said they'd be back to clean it up, it never happened. A family emergency the first time was the reason for a no-show ( he never bothered to call me, I called them to see if and when they were coming.) A guy named Odie said he had to reschedule which I was good with due to the reason but again a no-show and no phone call. What's funny is he repeatedly told me that he couldn't believe they were leaving the property the way they did and that he felt real bad about it but he said they'd be back to make it right ( he said he was a man of his word.) Again, a no-show. 3x times back and forth with them, always giving them (him) the benefit of the doubt but they never showed up nor did they call or message me.
