I live in the short north so the tree was in a very tight space and over dozens of power and cable lines. I called over 40 companies the majority either didn't call back or lacked the equipment to do the work. Green Tree was one of four companies who came out and quoted the job - and Green Tree's price beat everyone else by $2,000. Josh & Gerber came out right away on Saturday night to tie and stabilize the largest piece of the tree so that it wouldn't fall into my house. The next day, Sunday, they returned with a bucket truck, chipper & multiple climbers and they completely got the tree down in one day. On Monday, they returned and cleaned up all the remaining wood and scraps.
