I would strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious before using this repair shop. Based on my experience, the way my situation was handled raises serious concerns. I brought my business vehicle to this shop in December 2025 after my insurance company had already issued payment for the repairs. I expected the work to begin shortly after, but that never happened. My vehicle remained at the shop for over 4 months, and during that entire time, no repairs were completed. Instead, there were repeated delays and ongoing issues with communication. I followed up many times--both in person and through phone, text, and email--and was repeatedly told that updates would be provided or that progress would be made soon, but that did not happen. During this time, the shop also requested additional repair payments from my insurance company multiple times. However, when the insurance company tried to contact them to review those requests or obtain supporting documentation, they were unable to get clear responses or proper follow-up. This prevented the claim from moving forward. The insurance company had already issued approximately $4,500 for repairs, yet no work was done on the vehicle. After waiting several months with no progress, I was eventually asked to pick up my vehicle in the same condition I originally dropped it off. The lack of communication, repeated payment requests, and no completed repairs made this a very concerning experience. It was extremely difficult to get clear answers or understand what was actually being done. In addition, it was very difficult to reach management. Calls were often not returned, and the manager was frequently unavailable when I visited. I went to the shop many times in person and became familiar with the staff due to the repeated follow-ups. On some occasions, I was told someone was not available even when it appeared they were on-site. The documentation provided by the shop was also unclear, often written in codes and numbers without proper explanation, which made it difficult to understand the repair details. This created additional confusion during the insurance process. Since this is a business vehicle, being without it for over 4 months caused serious disruption and financial impact. DO NOT do business here! 6 months it took them to complete work on my husband's truck! He was t-boned & this company called claiming to be the autobody shop working with our insurance. That was a lie! They wrote an estimate over 2x what insurance did & haggled with them over what was needed. When we wanted to move the truck to a different shop because we were getting bad vibes they told us they had ordered all the parts & we'd owe them that & storage fee... this game kept up as parts were wrong or waiting on them or fighting with insurance, so many excuses I lost count. If you talk to the same person twice I'd be surprised, Jay, the manager, is good at twisting what everyone says & blaming the insurance company. 6 months after the accident we have the truck back & tbd if it is fully repaired. Industry standard, per Jay, is 45 days, but the reasoning on the delay is muddled & threatened with higher bills if you try to just get your vehicle back. I'm not sure what scam is being run, but this is a shady business to stay away from! I'm not the only one, check the Better Business Bureau for more reviews just like mine. Do not take your car to this body shop. My vehicle was declared a total loss and released on November 10, 2025. Before that decision, my insurance company issued an initial payment to the shop. Despite no work being authorized, the shop has continued to hold that payment. They will keep your car in order to pressure the insurance company for money. This is an example of extremely poor business practices. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS They first start out by calling you right after an accident and say "they work with your insurance, they have all the parts for your car" (both insurance companies have alerts on their business practices in their system I found about way later) well our accident was April 16th 2025, they got the car on April 16th as well. There were 2 different insurance claims so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Around the middle of May they had no progress on the car and wanted to blame the insurance companies but I have emails and receipts from them and they both responded within 48 hours for every supplement they did. (More than 10 supplements for 1 company, 1 after I got the car back) and 3 for the other, Needless to say we got this car back on August 8th almost 4 months later. Customer service and communication was about as bad as it could possibly be. They like to say they contact you 2x a week and they did for the most part with a generic text message and from someone who has absolutely no idea of progress, time frame. Basically the only question those people could answer is well "your car is in production". So here we are on August 15th, 8 days after getting the car back and the mirror they replaced won't move with the buttons like it should, there is paint on weather seal between the door and fender and I am sure I haven't found everything. My fear is if I take it back to fix these items I am likely going to be out of a car even longer. I have a re inspection of the work they performed being done in a few weeks. I am sure I will have more issues. This is my 19 year olds car who was in the accident so he jumped the gun on sending since they told him all those wonderful things, only to have a guy in the office named "Jay" get confrontational with a 19 year old after they had the car for 6 weeks. Once an adjuster for one insurance company decided they weren't paying $110 dollars for an alignment that the other insurance company already paid for (Jay among others mentioned early and often adjusters were lying but yet they tried to overlap this charge and I am sure I ll find more) and didn't want to pay 397$ for miscellaneous clips (that price) they put in another supplement then had me come get the car once they ran out of ideas to try and collect more money. Between both claims it was over 10k they received. Quality of work 4/10 so far Communication 0/10 Customer service 0/1 Definitely do not recommend even if it's repairing a hot wheel. Short Version: Scammers. Got told I could pick up my car when I couldn't. Month later, was told I had to pay extra for work that wasn't related to the accident and that I didn't approve of, going against their own contract. Finally received car with white dusty layer of dried something and interior part sticking out. Jasmine told me I could pick up my car in March because it was finished, I went to go pick it up the next day after returning my rental to be told that my car isn't allowed to be released yet because of additional work that wasn't approved by the insurance. I had to figure out for myself what was going on with the insurance and the shop, essentially they did work that the insurance didn't approve of because it wasn't part of the accident. They end up telling me I have to pay for it ($1,065.40) even though I didn't approve of it either and it went over the contractual 10% amount that requires an estimate and pre-approval. After finally being able to reach someone to discuss this, Alex (the owner) say's that I'm "just going to have to pay for it" because "the work was already done". He tried to excuse doing the extra unapproved work by saying that he "wanted to make sure he fixed my car right". Had to essentially fight Alex to take off the extra unapproved charge and just got fed up and said I would pay 10% ($500.16) of the approved estimate ($5001.58) since that is what is on the contract. When I finally received my car back there was a layer of some white dusty stuff all over the interior and a panel of the interior was sticking out. "Repairs related to supplemental damage will require an additional estimate and approval from either you or the responsible insurance company. The actual repair or replacement performed by M WORK can be different from approved estimates, provided however, that the cost of any such repair or replacement shall not exceed the estimated costs provided hereunder by more than ten percent (10%) without prior approval." read more

Truck got towed there because it wasn't drivable. One complaint i have is the lack of communication as to how my truck was doing. My damage was to the left rear quarter panel and some stuff under the truck, i finally get my truck and ALL the floor mats and covers are in the bed of the truck, front and back! They had thrown leftover food and it must have been all the trash they could find because there was a Gain laundry container in the bed. My paperwork, that was inside the cab, was in the bed all nice and wet for me to find. Im not sure who is worse the actual tow company from the accident ,Eitels, or these guys. Not impressed at all. To top it all off the owner said i could drive by and they would clean it...thats 2 and a half hours to get there one-way. I told him to come to me. Waiting on that response. read more

Ran a quarter tank of gas out....at a body shop for a fender repair... Car was filthy when we picked it up but so was the business. Paint bubbles throughout. I'm currently waiting for my small claims court date against this company, the worst person in this place is Alex, remember that name, he is a liar and the company as a whole committed fraud, they were paid Just under $14,000 by Allstate, they had my truck from May 3rd to July 26th and I got it back with missing parts, my bumper was not connected, my headlight light switch was missing, I had serious damage to the back of my truck, where they took all the old parts and put them on my truck cover and trim and they put a bumper in my back seat with the window down for 20 days, all kinds of paint runs, so ALEX gave the truck back not finished after all that time saying he is going to ask for more money from Allstate, you may wonder why did I take the truck, I just wanted to get my truck away from these people and he charges me the $500 deductible when he had waved it, I paid because I'm getting all that back when I go to small claims, this place is horrible, communication is non-exisitent, so I asked for some of the parts, that was missing from the truck, a fender liner, a cowl, a tire that they were paid $400 for that never went on my truck, and several other items , that is on the invoice they gave me, all paid for by Allstate, I also got 3 estimates the dodge dealers for all the stuff, but this liar ALEX said he would send it to me, never did it, I cant say enough about this place, they are Chinese, so when you ask a question they speak to each other in Chinese then laugh at you, this is not over with them, for pictures of their work and damage to my truck, text me at lorenzo.lamp@yahoo.com, I called the attorney general and the better business bureau. read more
