Over the years not only I have I used IBS for several different cars body work, but have recommended to friends and family. Always the response is what a fantastic job the vehicle comes back in. I've heard a couple different insurance companies who also prefer working with this shop as well based on the quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. Car rental staff also comment about the great dealings they've had with this shop and recommend them as well. This past week I had a "little accident" in a nearby parking lot and needed to get it repaired ASAP. I started reaching out to near by auto body shops and no one could take a minute to speak with me to even schedule a time to come back. That is until I stopped in to IBS and crossed paths with Rocco. Of course, they were busy but he actually took 5 minutes to come out and look at my car right then...what? He discussed some options and then I inquired about scheduling an appointment and he replied that one of his guys could do it that afternoon. Wait...what??? They got it done and it looked amazing! I recently had somone clip my drivers side mirror & it was hanging by wires. I brought it in for an estimate, thinking it'd prob be just under my deductable & I'd be paying $$$. I was impressed how they expected me at the time we'd reserved & they mentioned my name as I entered thier office. Other businesses would spend 10 minutes trying to find your reservation & still have problems. The service professional came out to gauge the damage & gave me the best news I'd heard all day... It didn't need any repair, the clips where still on the covers (knocked completly off) & he snapped all back in place. I asked about the scuff marks I thought where scratches & he said he could buff those out and did, taking only a couple of minutes. I asked how much I owe & he said "Come On..." :-). He didn't charge me a penny & likely saved me hundreds (from other shops not as honest). I'll be taking all my auto body work needs to this establishment & I'd highly encourage all else to as well. I got into a small fender bender, so I had this company replace my fender and paint my hood. Since then the hood has a few chips in it. This never happened with the original paint by the OEM manufacturer, which is obviously much more durable I ended up putting a clear bra over my hood to prevent future chips. I have to think there are autobody shops whose paint does not chip within a year If you are looking for auto body work, I would not recommend this place, and it is primarily due to the inferior paint that they use. read more

I meant to follow up sooner, but I can attest that they do a great job. My car was repaired professionally and within a reasonable amount of time. I was kept informed of a one day delay. The rental vehicle process couldn't have been easier, as the rep was at the shop when I dropped my car off, and I just left the rental at the shop when I picked my car up after repairs. I recently was in a fender bender and had to go to a place that was approved by the responsible parties insurance. I ended up selecting this location and SO happy I did!! The people here are very friendly and honest with their answers.Rocky was who helped me and was great! I had questions about my car that were not associated with the fender bender fix and they were happy to help and give me honest advise about the best way to fix it! There is a Rocco that is rude and here is an eye opening fact, he "does not make the bumpers". I replaced two bumpers at this shop. When they replaced the front one, they forgot to tighten the fog lights in place. When they replaced the back one, they returned the car to me with an uninstalled light hardware and tools in the trunk and left an uneven gap between the trunk and the bumper. I went home before I noticed all this so I had to drive back and I live 30 minutes away. When I showed him the uneven gap/space, he told me those words of wisdom and seemed bothered that I am even questioning the issue. It is not the bumper, it is the way it was installed but of course the customer is always wrong. Never went back and I do tell the story the way it is about this shop to every soul that needs a body shop. read more

I'm a bit torn in my opinion of this shop. They did very nice work on my car last month when a rock hit my car going under an overpass on 270. Chipped all the way to the primer. Very cooperative in running me home when I dropped it off. I live all of 1.3 miles from their location. My car was recently side swiped while parked on the street in front of my house. This time I was informed that is not a service they can offer. I was transferred to the appraiser, Rocco, who decided it was worth arguing about. Every time I tried to speak, he very rudely interrupted me and talked over me until I got angry and hung up. They may do good work, but it's not worth getting into a debate with a rude hot head who possesses zero tact or customer service skills. In addition they allowed a 23 year old shop monkey to drive my car back to the shop. I set my trip minder before leaving my driveway. It's EXACTLY 1.3 miles from A to B. One trip there, one trip home from the shop and one to take the kid back should have been less than 6 miles. Upon return, my car had accumulated 9.2 miles. I don't recommend them at all. Customer service is terrible, I'm not at all sure they replaced my windshield as they said (and charged my insurance company for) because even with my glasses, I never did see the "rock chip" that he pointed to and said would crack over time. They do good work but I have come to believe that they are dishonest scammers. Go to Glassburn body just up the street. Over the top customer service! read more

I've been to IBS twice now with my most recent visit occurring two weeks ago. I had an appointment at 3:45 to have my car damage assessed. Not only was my visit quick, but after examining the damage they were able to take care of it on the spot. A majority of the damage was able to be buffed out with any future visits or painting required. All for what I consider to be an awesome price after talking to a few others who have dealt with a similar issue. Definitely no scamming here. The service was awesome and the entire staff was SO friendly. We chatted the entire time I waited on vehicle to be buffed out. I hope I don't need to visit the body shop in the future, but if I do, you better believe I will be heading back to IBS. read more

Well, I can't comment on the work they do but if it's anything like scheduling an appointment than stand clear of this business. My appointment was setup up by my insurance company. Raylene called twice in two minutes leaving me two different voicemails. First voicemail was stating a conflict with the original scheduled date/time would need to schedule another time same date later time. The second voicemail stated there was a mistake and my original appointment date and time would work, just call and confirm. So I called later in the day to be told that the original appointment was not available and the rescheduled date/time Raylene stated in the first voicemail was not available as well. So to recap if you guys can't schedule an appointment it's to risky to allow you to work on my vehicle. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! read more

A couple months ago I bought an unpainted spoiler online and took it to iBS to have them paint it and mount it for me. They were all very friendly and helpful. I talked to the owner for awhile about what paint to use and the price and informed him that I was willing to pay top dollar to have it done the right way, but when it came down to the payment he insisted I just pay him and an employee cash under the table, which I was all for. After seeing the spoiler painted I was so excited to have it put on, then they told me I would have to do it myself. So I asked nicely if they wouldn't mind and explained that they're professionals and I have no idea what to do, also I just paid them for the painting AND mounting so I thought it should have been included anyways. After some time I realized why they let me pay under the table...so that they wouldn't have to legally refund my money after the spoiler started to come off, because it was never in the computer system as a sale. So since I've had them mount it it's been slowly coming off of my car because they didn't use strong enough double sided mounting tape, and I'm guessing they knew it was cheap tape and that's why they wanted me to mount it myself so that when it started falling off they could blame me. I've tried a couple times to set up an appointment to get it remounted with the right tape but the way my schedule is setup, Friday would be the only day I could do it because I work every other day of the week. However they refuse to make an appointment with me on Friday, ANY Friday for that matter, because they are "too busy". I've tried to make appointments throughout the week to get it taken care of but I've had to cancel twice because my ride bailed on me and apparently the people at iBS aren't too happy about that, when all they had to do was make an appointment on a Friday morning for me to get it done and over with. So I called again today and explained my frustration to the receptionist. I told her that Rocco should be doing all he can to compensate me seeing as I paid him in cash to do a job that he didn't do the right way. Any other professional business would apologize and try to get me squeezed in on a Friday morning. However the only thing she would tell me was "no", that it wasn't possible to work around my schedule whatsoever even months in advance. So naturally I got irritated and told her to just have Rocco call me. So Rocco calls me and I try to be as friendly as possible hoping he would understand the situation. Instead he accuses me of talking to his receptionist with an attitude and that if I want to talk to someone like that it's going to be him, and he's done everything he can to help and to not tell anyone that he didn't try help. Hmmm...yeah making an under the table transaction was helping me AND him. But not even doing what I paid for in the first place was no help. Nor was telling me they wouldn't schedule a time to fix their mistake on my vehicle. Nor was calling me back solely to yell at me about something he knew nothing about. I definitely had an attitude with the receptionist but not nearly as barbaric as his attitude with me. So I took the high road and told him to just forget about it I'll take care of it myself, which I wish I would've done in the first place. I don't know if he was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on me or what but he definitely showed his true colors and lack of professionalism. Thanks for the help? read more
