I had a very frustrating experience at Discount Tire. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM to…read morehave four tires replaced, and when I arrived I was told the tires I ordered were not actually in stock, even though I had been told previously that they were available. Because of that, I had no choice but to purchase a different set of tires that they did have available, which ended up costing about $200 more than the $1,100 I had originally planned to spend. What made the situation worse was the service afterward. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was repeatedly pushed back while walk-in customers and others were helped before me. I ended up waiting around four hours, which defeats the entire purpose of scheduling an appointment in advance. On top of that, several employees were rude and dismissive when I asked about the delay. I understand that shops can get busy and that inventory issues happen, but the lack of communication, the extra cost, and the way I was treated made the experience extremely disappointing. If appointments are going to be offered, they should actually be respected, and customers should not be told tires are in stock if they are not. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect good customer service. I hope management looks into improving both communication and how customers are treated.

BEWARE OF FREE INSPECTION…read more Scheduled a free inspection for vibration in my steering wheel. As soon as I went to check in and explained what was going on I was told that I most likely needed new tires. Waited over an hour for a tech to "look" at my truck and all he did was drive around for less than 5 mins and said I needed new tires(tires on it were less then a year old) and tried to sell me over $2000 worth of tires. Few days later I got a flat and went to a local shop for a plug and they noticed the rim was hot. Went to a local mechanic and he determined my brakes were dragging slightly. Super glad I did not listen to Tire Discounters and went with my gut or I would be out over $2000 on tires I didn't need. Would not recommend going here unless you know exactly what you need

This wasn't the case at ALL. The manager Terryion, was an absolute knight in shining armor. Not only did he ease my anxiety, he spoke to me like a person. He didn't judge me because I was overdue for an oil change or that my check engine light was on. He taught me tips about my own car that I didn't know and they replaced the headlights that burned out which I've been trying to do unsuccessfully for 3 days. I was headed to the auto parts store to replace fuses next! Valvoline Corp, if you guys read this, you need to promote this kind and knowledgeable man and send him to all of your locations to show them what good looks like. You've earned my business for life because this one man. He also seems like a great manager as his entire staff, Terryion, Joseph and Caitlyn are just amazing. Thank you for essentially resolving 4 issues plaguing me in a 15 minute encounter. Truly the best.

I get down the road and my steering wheel is way off to the left after "Bret" told me that it was straight. Don't lie to your customers. It's ridiculous. I come back and express my concerns and that I was pretty irritated, his answer was "well we can do it again if you want" no your gonna do it again. I paid $209.99 for a lifetime alignment, he was irritated that I came and brought my car back. Don't bring your car here ever. All the other reviews were correct about this place. Upper management needs to look into this crap. Unacceptable Firestone. I will be taking my car somewhere else after this!

Had to scrap a vehicle because of Firestone…read more 20+ year customer, was taking multiple vehicles here. One was an accord with only 70k miles. They always went out of their way to make sure I was getting recommended services at certain interval but never mentioned transmission. Took the accord there regularly the transmission block broke months after taking it in. Had to scrap the car because I couldn't afford the rebuild. The invoices have the wrong mileage, they only have 23 or 1000 miles listed which means they never checked for recommendations at my actual mileage. I even tried to argue more work was needed with my car before this happened and I was assured it was fine. I was connected with the area manager who gave me false hope and ghosted me.
