Nope, then the shop keeps 1 of 4 skid plate bolts and 1 spacer, cross-threads one of 3 remaining. leave another out and this heavy skid-plate teetering on 2 bolts. Contacted customer service (Joke) spoke to store manager... 4 hours later, he made arrangements for me to pick up the bolt and spacer. Had to clean the engine compartment, tap out the thread damage to the frame, and reinstall the skid plate with all 4 bolts out of pocket. These butchers are not who you want to do business with.

What concerns me most though is that the service technician said my air filters were "long overdue" for replacement. However, I'd replaced them just four months before the oil change. I refused the filter replacement service. When I got home I pulled the filters out and they look brand new.
