Bobby was EXTREMELY helpful and got the new compressor installed within an hour or so. I think I found my new mechanic in the Columbus Area. They only do Mobile service for now but that works best for me because he came straight to my apt and fixed my car there! If anyone needs work done I would highly recommend this company. He said he will get the parts for me online and asked me to cash app the money so I cashapp him 453.51 which was the total amount for the parts, his wife Melissa said that the parts will be delivered to there address within a week or so...I took my vehicle to another mechanic to have a diagnostic for my airbag light because at the time Bobbie did not have one and the other mechanic did a full diagnostic on the vehicle and found that I did not need the intake manifold or the secondary air infection control valve, that it was only one of the airlines where cracked so the mechanic replaced it for 100.00...I message Melissa back and told her that I didn't need the parts and that she can return them so I can get my money back...she said she would then begin to ghost me and make up stories as to why my refund was taking so long...she said she was sick in the hospital and that she will send it the end of the day last week but never did...she keep saying im going send it, then they both ghost me completely....Im in the process now of suing them, this is wrong how they do people and I will get my money back!!!

Even oil changes cost a bit more here. - At our last visit, we scheduled our oil change, dropped it off the day before, and it still took all day the following day before the service was completed. Not having a car all day for a regular oil change is not great. For me, it can be worth it for some services, but know that you will be paying a bit more and may not get the fastest completion of services.

I got a text when my car was ready and a link to the inspection results along with a breakdown of any future work needed, talk about convenience. The woman I worked with at the shop was also friendly and reminded me how close they are to Short North, so you can easily walk to grab food or shop while waiting on your car. They told us that an auxiliary fan was broken, and "repaired it" for nearly $400. Less than an hour after their "repair", our car broke down in traffic and smoke started pouring from the hood without warning. We feared the worst. We called Mike for an estimate, and he came and looked over our Jeep the same day. He took excellent care of us, was honest, and explained his hypothesis of what was wrong with the car. HIs rates were fair and he was just overall wonderful to work with. 2 hours after he arrived to our complex (after having our car towed home), our jeep is up and running better than ever. And for very little compared to what Pep Boys tried to sell us. He even showed us that the "broken" fan, in fact worked, and gave us a year's guarantee on his labor. I had the car taken to Grandview AAA. They were extremely busy due to the bad weather. To make a long story short my car was serviced on Tuesday and I was able to pick it up on Wednesday afternoon after work. It was a valve and serpentine belt issue. It was repaired. Going to work on Thursday morning, the battery and engine light came on. I took it back to Grandview. As BUSY as they were they bumped me to the front of the line. It seems the belt had come off. They ordered the part needed. I was able to wait for my car. Denise, the Manager, offered me a ride home and pickup when the car was ready, but I declined. I was there so I waited but I appreciated the offer. The problem was resolved and I was able to leave with only 3 hours down time. They were very concerned about ME. I want to state the car is 18 years old. The reason I have had the car for 18 years is the service I have received at AAA. Denise and Jordan and my mechanic Tyler were most helpful, and courteous, kind and never, never, ever complained when I had to bring the car back. I am a senior citizen, and I greatly appreciate the concern and care not only for my car but for me. I have been a loyal AAA customer and will continue to do so. I am planning on getting a new car this Spring and wanted this car to hold out until then. Now, I know it will. The attendant offered me a ride home and back with a Lyft driver. I went ahead and took the ride home when she said it would be a few hours. I tried calling at 4:30 and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally got a text at 5:00 stating my car was done. I spoke with Denise at checkout and told her the wait was not acceptable. She explained that they had 15 cars towed in that day along with all of the appointments. Uggh. She offered me a discount for my next service. Great value with the coupon. Time or money is the big question on whether I will be back.
