One of the technician's came out and introduced himself. My name is Brian and I will be your technician, could I get your name? Okay like I said I've been coming here for like over 10 years and NO ONE has asked my name when I was just getting a tire pressure check. He checked each and corrected any issues. He even pulled one of the hubcaps off and put it back on because it was crooked. When I told him I was super impressed with his work and the manner he portrayed himself. He related that will be what all his employees will be like when he has a store in the future. Totally impressed with his performance and what he wants for his customers and company.

Said that my tire valve stem was broken, and they replaced it at no cost to me! I couldn't believe it. What concerns me most though is that the service technician said my air filters were "long overdue" for replacement. However, I'd replaced them just four months before the oil change. I refused the filter replacement service. When I got home I pulled the filters out and they look brand new.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM to…read morehave four tires replaced, and when I arrived I was told the tires I ordered were not actually in stock, even though I had been told previously that they were available. Because of that, I had no choice but to purchase a different set of tires that they did have available, which ended up costing about $200 more than the $1,100 I had originally planned to spend. What made the situation worse was the service afterward. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was repeatedly pushed back while walk-in customers and others were helped before me. I ended up waiting around four hours, which defeats the entire purpose of scheduling an appointment in advance. On top of that, several employees were rude and dismissive when I asked about the delay. I understand that shops can get busy and that inventory issues happen, but the lack of communication, the extra cost, and the way I was treated made the experience extremely disappointing. If appointments are going to be offered, they should actually be respected, and customers should not be told tires are in stock if they are not. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect good customer service. I hope management looks into improving both communication and how customers are treated.

As soon as I went to check in and explained what was going on I was told that I most likely needed new tires. Waited over an hour for a tech to "look" at my truck and all he did was drive around for less than 5 mins and said I needed new tires(tires on it were less then a year old) and tried to sell me over $2000 worth of tires. Few days later I got a flat and went to a local shop for a plug and they noticed the rim was hot. Went to a local mechanic and he determined my brakes were dragging slightly. It is rigged in the position I need to drive my car. Discount Tires, Jack was told this and to please NOT move the seat. When we returned we found that the seat had been moved and it could no longer be in the position for me to drive. Jack said, "I forgot to note that on the paperwork." It is plain to see, very obviously that the seat is not functioning. I guess they just do what they want to the cars when they are fixing them. I need a couple new tires but I will not ho back to this location. Which is a shame because this was our go to ture place for many years. Just can't trust them anymore. ​
