It would be under 15 minutes. When I finally pulled into the shop, they scanned my car and informed me that they did not have the filter in order to do my oil change. Why they couldn't have checked this when I first arrived is beyond me. I then asked if they could check another store to confirm if they had the filter; they called the store, but there is no answer. I drove to the other store, I have to wait behind two cars, and this whole oil change ordeal is gonna take me three hours. So much for Valvoline's promise of 15 minutes oil change and you're out. Worst is that they offered no compensation for the terrible service experience .

They actually did all the recheck stuff; check my lights and turn signals, refilled my washer fluid, filled my tires to 35 psi. That doesn't always happen. The guys in the service bay were really nice and courteous. The oil change was 10 minutes and the transmission fluid exchange as 20 minutes (because they had to pull out my battery to access the transmission fluid). They let me know what they were doing all along the way. I had a $20 off coupon from Valvoline so I used it. $75.99 for the oil change and $164.99 for the transmission fluid replacement less my $20 coupon.

I look in the bay to a vehicle with a significantly higher vehicle weight. I call back asking to have a new set of tires purchased and installed. They happily agreed to lift the same EV for new tires. Obviously, I will not be doing business with them. Corporate needs to force them to remove the Goodyear signs at this location.
