We had emailed this place for info on a repair on our truck and never received a reply. When called to inquire about this, the guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. He then became rude and frustrated causing me to become upset and frustrated. I'm sorry, but not sorry if you don't know where your service requests go. Either get it straightened out or don't offer auto care. There was no need for me or any other customer to get treated that way, especially when we did as the website stated. They do great work, but only if you know what you want. They are very skilled at older cars which is rare, and can fix pre computer controlled stuff, which most won't touch. On newer stuff I got the typical BS excuses, which i didn't expect, but it is what it is.. still would go back but only to have things i wanted done and didn't want to do myself. Reason I went to Lucore is the dealer stop offering the 15% Costco discount. When I got my bill from Lucore - the price after the 15% Costco discount was HIGHER than the dealer, without any discount. I dropped my truck off for a inspection to make sure it was in good running order. They told me I would get a call later that day once they looked at it and let me know. I never got a call. I pIcked up my truck the following morning. They informed me trucks in great condition, nothing needed addressed. Then 10 days later I broke down. I went in for an oil change. They told me I need all new brakes, I had power steering issues, and needed a tie rod replaced. They wrote up the order for it and called about parts being in stock wherever it was without asking me if I even wanted the service done. They got upset that they needed to delete their work when they went ahead and did it on their own to begin with. They quoted me it was over 1300$ in replacements and labor. I asked for a copy of the invoice and they said they would not provide me one to look over what needed to be fixed, SHADY! You cannot provide your customer what is wrong with their car on paper? I decided to take my business else where and have a second opinion. At Honda in Dublin, they stated all that was wrong was 2 of the front break pads and couldn't understand why they quoted me other problems when there were none to be found. What went from a 1300$ issue wound up to be under 300$, thanks Honda for not lying to me and saving me more than 1000$ in replacements that were not really issues. This place is tough to review. While they do high quality work on things if you know what you want done, they don't really do diagnostic work very well. I have had them do a variety of repairs that require tools and a lift, of which I don't have, and have been 5-star satisfied. While i have been stumped by things, had them diagnose the issue, only to have to eventually fix it myself anyway.. read more

I called at 9:00a on a Thursday to see if I could get an oil change and brake job and they got me in by 10:00a. The customer service was excellent, friendly staff, clean facility, fast service, reasonably priced and the lounge was very comfortable. As a matter of fact Mr Lucore was in tidying the lounge when I arrived. He also looked at my rotors and alerted me to a potential issue, even showing it to me on my car.
