Took my Jeep here for its 150,000 mile service and a few other things that needed taken care of. This will be the only place I take my jeep

This is NOT the repair shop for you if you want: - Your car…read morefixed without them causing additional damage - Your repair to be fully completed in less than 8 months - Your phone calls to be answered or your voicemails returned The shop left my lights on for 4+ days after completing my repair which killed my car's battery. They took zero accountability for their mistake and I ended up footing the $200+ bill for a new battery. At first, they tried to have my insurance pay for it (original damage had nothing to do with the battery), then said it must have just been an old battery. They completely ignored the fact that their own employee left the lights on causing it to die in the first place. I was reluctant to write this because I was optimistic that they would take responsibility for their mistake and make it right. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Take your business elsewhere.

Extremely fast turnaround! I went through Progressive Insurance, and despite some back and forth…read morewhile they finalized the updated estimate, the shop had my car repaired and cleaned in under a week--well ahead of the two-week estimate I was originally given. They repaired or replaced my passenger fender, front bumper, headlight, and mirror, as well as repainted everything seamlessly. Communication was excellent, with updates every couple of days to keep me informed--a level of service I truly appreciated as someone who is Type A and values organization and transparency. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. 10/10!

My only regret about JASC is that I didn't start taking my car to them sooner. As a woman with next…read moreto no knowledge re: auto matters, I have spent years taking my car to the dealership and always feel like I am being talked over, possibly duped and definitely upsold. After years of seeing JASC pop up on NextDoor with reviews so glowing I thought, "Can this possibly be for real?" I finally ended up giving them a go. From the moment I connected with Andrew and David it was clear this was going to be a car experience unlike anything I had known. From the very first conversation, I felt like I was talking to friends who had my best interest at heart -- from safety to money matters. They took time to explain everything in detail, staying in touch via text at each step of the process to keep me updated. Not only did they not try to upsell me on anything, David actually called and had me bring over some extra lug nuts I had at the house because he "didn't want to sell me something I already had." In addition to their extremely efficient no-contact, COVID-safe process, I was also delighted to discover that JASC has been involved in several community and give-back initiatives ranging from Hilliard community gatherings to toy drives to Honor Flight sponsorships. It's a pleasure to support a local company that is doing good business and doing good for the community. So here I am, another JASC fan writing a glowing message that will possibly make you wonder, "Is this for real?" Like me, I hope curiosity gets the best of you and inspires you to give them a try because you will not be disappointed.

Reasons I would not return : 1. Not being forthright. Mgr did not inform me that they couldn't do…read morethe service I requested. My car was sent to another shop. I would've appreciated an honest response so I could've taken my car to a shop that does wheel alignments. The car was aligned twice due to steering wheel not being straight while driving. 2. Owner admitted that an inspection was not done even though the repair order/invoice directly states it. He insinuated it was my fault because I didn't allow the shop to perform it. When a car is ready & the customer picks up their car. I would logically assume all the work is completed, including the inspection. 3. Lastly, the owner's attitude on the phone conversation was not professional ( insinuating I was part of the problem). Lesson learned: always confirm that the auto shop that you do business will do the work & not contract to another shop.
