I came in here today because my car randomly decided not to start the other night, leaving me in my sweats and hoodie, with no phone, in downtown Powell, being pissed off and wondering if below freezing and underdressed was how I go out. After making a call on my watch (yay, technology?) and waiting for an hour - it starts out of nowhere. I come home, and I vow to have my battery checked first thing. Weird that I make vows about taking care of my car more than "I should really get this cough taken care of - nah, mo' tussin it is." Coming into this Autozone reminded me of the car guys in my hometown my dad used to go to - hands covered in grease from working on cars - other people's cars - and always a smile ready to help anyone that needed it. That's this Autozone - a good group of people that know how to help you when you feel clueless, and be absolutely cool dudes. The only thing missing, would've been a coffee to have with the dude helping me, because the conversation was explanatory, humorous, and friendly, and I wish more places had people like that.

Long story short, Christina the manager, pointed to the sign on the door which read, no public restrooms. Learning opportunity for Christina: Show some compassion when a customer says they need to use the restroom in an emergency. It would have resulted in a sale. Purchased a used Ram truck in early Feb of 26. Showed up the morning we agreed on and went for a test drive. Over all the truck was as advertised. A couple very minor things were quickly resolved. A turn signal issue was discovered during the test drive . After discussing a few options on how to fix it, Germain said they would fix it. This ended up being a bigger issue than I'm sure everyone anticipated, it ended up requiring me several additional trips into the dealership and involved rental cars on multiple occasions for the extended time the truck stayed in not only Germains service but also an additional Ram dealership. Finally after weeks of trial and error and several more weeks of waiting for parts, the issue was correctly repaired. I endured no additional cost for this just as agreed upon at the time of sale. Logan (Lo) in service was my contact during this process and i was kept informed during this entire process. I cant say enough about how i was treated and that Germain stood by the agreement to resolve the situation.
