Learning opportunity for Christina: Show some compassion when a customer says they need to use the restroom in an emergency. It would have resulted in a sale. Purchased a used Ram truck in early Feb of 26. Showed up the morning we agreed on and went for a test drive. Over all the truck was as advertised. A couple very minor things were quickly resolved. A turn signal issue was discovered during the test drive . After discussing a few options on how to fix it, Germain said they would fix it. This ended up being a bigger issue than I'm sure everyone anticipated, it ended up requiring me several additional trips into the dealership and involved rental cars on multiple occasions for the extended time the truck stayed in not only Germains service but also an additional Ram dealership. Finally after weeks of trial and error and several more weeks of waiting for parts, the issue was correctly repaired. I endured no additional cost for this just as agreed upon at the time of sale. Logan (Lo) in service was my contact during this process and i was kept informed during this entire process. I cant say enough about how i was treated and that Germain stood by the agreement to resolve the situation. After that we figured it out but i listened to the employees chatting while my bf finished up. The employees literally hate their jobs. It was the conversation they were actively having. The one guy who opened the door was complaining about how he handled a call with a customer, the was complaining about the job. The girl was agreeing. Then another employee walked in and literally said that he hated his job. Do not work in customer service if you don't want to handle customers... it's that simple. Your entire job is customer service, if you don't like it find something else, but complaining in-front of countless customers is ridiculous, and sad.
