I usually just drop in, let them know what's going on and they shuttle me to work which is less than ten minutes down the road, then they call and text me a quote, get the work done and send the shuttle to pick me up by end of day. SUPER easy! Usually the most difficult thing for me would be to find a day and time I can either sit to have my car looked at and/or have my fiancee take me to work and pick me up, so not having to worry about finnagling my schedule around to find a needle in a haystack that works for me I don't even have to worry about any of that! THAT really makes choosing this spot for my car work a no-brainer. Everyone I've dealt with has always been super nice, professional and responsive to deal with, which is also a big plus since car issues are usually not fun to deal with in themselves.
