We needed to buy the right front brake pad for the repair. Yet, because we know nothing about car repair, we would have been easy prey to being told that we needed to buy more expensive parts or additional parts for the car. But, I'm happy to say that Karen's experience and ours were much the same, in terms of how helpful O'Reilly was for us. Our neighbor who often works on cars told us that we would need pads for both right and left front brakes, so we had a pretty good idea of what we needed before we went to O'Reilly's. But, our sales person did not try to sell us things we didn't need. We really need more sales people like these who treat their customers fairly and honestly like the staff of O'Reilly.

They told me they had what I needed in stock, charged me and everything, only to then tell me they didn't have one. Thank goodness I was smart enough to keep my car running because it would have been just my luck to turn it off and not be able to turn it back on. Thankfully they called up this Grandview location and they had exactly what I needed. I arrived maybe ten minutes later and they were ready and waiting for me with my new battery. Max was quick to offer to put it in for me and I was super thankful. I had no idea Autozone would do this for you, but I'll never forget it. Not only did Max replace the battery, but he gave me some tips for keeping my new one clean. I was in and out of there in no time. While the other Autozone is closer, I'll be bringing my business here from now on.
