After pulling my car into the bay, Rob noticed a couple noises and offered to check them out at no extra charge. That extra attention uncovered several issues I never would have known to ask about. Since he knew I was preparing for a long road trip, he took the time to clearly explain what actually needed immediate attention for safety and what could realistically wait until I got home and have my brother, who is a mechanic, take a look. At no point did I feel pressured, upsold, or scared into unnecessary repairs. In fact, their honesty literally saved me over $1,000 in repairs I could safely wait on instead of feeling pressured to do everything immediately. And somehow they still went even further. They topped off my windshield washer fluid, helped fix my car radio by tracking down the security code through Honda, and took care of so many little details that most shops would never bother with. She tore off the entire front passenger wheel well liner, tore off both front tire beauty rings, and bit through the front bumper multiple times. I just wanted the plastic parts replaced, no paint, no bondo, just replace the torn-off parts.
