Ran over a huge creator and bent one of my rims. It wasn't too bad according to Wheel Medic, which meant they could straighten it. They took my car around back while I sat in their clean waiting room, I could either read a magazine or watch television. I chose my cell phone. There are 2 young ladies who work the front, I believe that everyone who works there is family. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. One of the young ladies came to the waiting room and told me my car was finished and that they were able to straighten my wheel. Unfortunately, I still have a vibration in the wheel, I took my car to Discount Tire where I get my tires from when needed, and had them balance the wheel/tire of the bent wheel. They said the wheel was the problem of the vibration, and it's still going to vibrate. They put the wheel on the back where I wouldn't feel the vibration as much. The manager there told me that it was very hard to straighten a wheel once it had been bent like mine was, so I'm going to get a new wheel. Hope you have better luck than I had. read more

They are pretty no nonsense. Nothing pretty in the shop, you can't see the back and the front ladies have been doing it for a while and get right to the point. Reminds me of auto parts stores in the 90's. No pick up, delivery or mobile service. (missing some real business here) You drop the rims and get your own way around. Danni was extremely patient and provided multiple options as I looked to upgrade the wheels on my daughter's 2011 CR-V (from steelies). They were very accommodating in making an appointment and even called the day before to let me know that one of the new (used) wheels was unacceptable, so they would have to get another one. This would delay my appointment from 8:30am to Noon. They were ready for me when I arrived and had me out in 1 hour, just like they promised with TPMS installed and calibrated. They even saved me $50 because the new wheels came with a center hub, which they passed along to me. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

WHEEL ALIGNMENT. This is what I desperately needed after I replaced all my front suspension parts. If you have a BMW, then you'll know there are a dozen parts. I replaced all four tires as well, and my car pulled to the right and was shaky after I did the work. Expected. So, get to this now. This place was less than a mile away from my house. Had no clue. Never heard of them before. Found them right on Yelp. It's appointment only and they got me scheduled within a few days of my call. I'm about to tell you why this place gets 5 stars. My car was a pain in the ass, and the mechanic(Rice), being he has a BMW as well, he knew it might be a little more tricky to get the alignment right for my car. The suspension just has a lot of moving parts. He triple checked the alignment, drove it twice, hoisted it up and reran the system. He even walked me back to explain a possible Tie Rod "issue"(which I knew about) and showed me the movement on the screen that the wheels were showing. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. They actually went above and beyond what I expected. $75-100 bucks for a thorough front end alignment. They tell me the specialize in wheel fractures/pot hole damage. Good to know. I'll attach a picture of my print out. Top will be before alignment, and bottom will be after. Will definitely call them again in the future. read more

Now used Wheel Medic twice. First time was to fix a bent alloy rim caused by a nasty pothole. Second time was to have a full set of old alloy rims stripped, cleaned and restored. The bent rim was fixed while I waited (made an appointment). Could not tell that it had been previously damaged. The 4 reconditioned rims were off a 2006 4Runner, and were in rough shape cosmetically. Two of the 4 rims also had corroded tire beads, which causes those tires to lose air pressure, especially in the winter. The results look and perform great! read more

They've probably repaired and refinished 6 or 7 sets of wheels for me - chrome, paint, powdercoat, and repairs - bent rims, welding metal to replace broken edges, etc. Several of my sets they worked on originally cost $8,000 - $10,000 a set. They're really GOOD... No, they're GREAT... No, they're freaking AWESOME! And they're not too expensive... I mean it - I'm amazed at what Wheel Medic can do with an old, bent, scratched, curbed set of wheels - making them look brand new for a fraction of the original cost. They can also paint brake calipers, hood ornaments, door handles, etc. if you want to really customize the look of your ride. I would never, ever, ever let anyone work on my wheels than Wheel Medic. Took my wheels in because of some light curb rash & ended up having all 4 wheels refinished & powder coated. Looks amazing, hands down Wheel Medic is the best in the business. However I did have to go back the following day and have the wheels rebalanced, mainly cause they're not good tires to begin with and static balancing just wouldn't cut it. Dynamic balancing helped out a lot with the vibration. A minor inconvenience but it rides great now. Everyone was real cool and apologized. See pictures. He and Patrick took ownership of my restoration project and transformed the look of my 1994 Miata. I think they were even more excited than I was. I had just purchased a certified preowned Cadillac 2011 CTS and it had a bad front end shake the dealer couldn't figure it out. The dealer had me take up to wheel medic, they diagnosed it within a half an hour and gave me the remedy. Took the vehicle back to the dealer told them what wheel medic told me and the dealer took care of it by replacing it with stock rims. Went in to the wheel medic about a week ago to get my BMW wheel fixed after a bad curb hit. A sales person came out and took a look at the damage that I had done to give me an estimate. The gave me a GREAT price on fixing the wheel, so I told them it was a deal. I made an appointment about to days later and dropped my car off around 10:00am. My daughter hit a pot hole in her 2014 Nissan Sentra late on a Sunday. Rim was damaged on the inside of the rim, not the outside face. Dropped off rim and tire on a Monday morning at 8:10am and the rim was repaired, balanced and inflated by 2:00pm that same day. That's service ! Friendly ladies run the counter and were very professional. It sure beat having to purchase a brand new aluminum polished rim. Called yesterday, drove my car in at 9:30am today and dropped it off. Got a call at 10:30 with details and a quote. Picked it up at 4:30 the very same day. Got three wheels straightened and balanced (a decade of driving takes its toll on aluminum wheels). The shop is clean and bright, and in a good location too. Excellent service! The 2013 Winter / 2014 Spring plagued Columbus by some severe interstate potholes. Wheel Medic was able to repair 3 of my wheels (1 had significant damage). Wheel Medic also stands behind their warranty as I had I little vibration in the front. Wheel Medic went through adjust the balancing on all 4 wheels and reset the air pressure to factory spec. Went to the wheel medic a few months ago on a whim, and could not be happier about my decision to do so. I was instantly greeted by intelligent employees. I was looking to get aftermarket wheels, tires and brakes for my Suzuki. They took the time to show me all the options for my car (which took a lot of searching as the offset on my car is not that normal) They were able to find me a few options i was VERY excited about, and when i finally picked a set I was happy with, I received my new rims within 2 days. The mechanic at Wheel Medic was able to quickly identify the issue (the wheel had issues that caused the tire not being able to seal closely) and gave me a quote that was reasonable. They fixed the wheel, and they helped me ordered tires (those tires were in good quality and price).
