I have been going here several years and they always take care of me. They are one of the few car places I trust. They are not the cheapest but they do their job right, fast, and are honest. I have gone other places that have flat out lied to me, I have gone places that, while good, take FOREVER. Not here, I am always pleasantly surprised on how quickly the job gets done AND that the time is taken to explain to me what and why things are done, I never feel talked down to- which is super important as I feel many car places try to take advantage of women. read more

I've been here twice to have my wheels repaired after hitting potholes. Their prices to repair are a fraction of what it would cost to replace a wheel. They work quickly and are transparent about what needs to be done. Beyond wheel repair, they also do a lot of other jobs (oil change, brakes, etc). If only they were closer to me, I'd come here a lot more often! read more

Blown away by the excellent customer service, great work, and prices below what I was quoted at a number of area shops to repair the debt in my steel rim from a pothole. Had I known it was going to be this easy I would I have gotten it taken care of long ago! It's great to see such an excellent business in the neighborhood. Tire balance, rotation and front end alignment for 118$! Came in because my front passenger tire felt off when I was driving. I chose them because it was on my way to school, I didn't realize it's not in the best area. The guys were very friendly and helpful, prices are good and the work is legit. read more

I bent a rim on my BMW X3. The rim was straightened while I waited, I did not have it refinished since the bent part was on the inside. Took about 1 hour. Guys were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anybody who has a bent alloy rim that needs to be straightened. Cost 105$ out the door for an OEM BMW rim. I will return should I need their service again. I had a great experience while getting my car aligned, and I don't know many people that could say that without it dripping with sarcasm. I went to visit my new friends yesterday to get my wheels aligned, but was informed that my two front tires were worn in such a way that the outside edges were barely touching the ground, so my drivers side was like \ and my passenger was /.... So I was told to get new (or used) tires and I scheduled for today @8am. I ended up deciding to get new tires from Wheels Unlimited and arrived at 745am. The manager let me in early, and got right to work on my car. After about an hour and fifteen minutes, my car was done and it was time to pay the bill. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs tires, wheel alignment, or a truthful, honest appraisal of what is wrong with their car. read more

Always looking for a great tire/wheel shop. I am my own mechanic, but when it comes to tires and wheels, I lack the equipment to do the job. After my first time here I was impressed, had my tires balanced on their road force machine for an extremely fair price. Also had me out the door in under 30 mins. I asked that they used a torque wrench on my lug nuts and sure enough each one was torqued to the spec I asked for. Will now be using this shop for all my wheel/tire needs. read more

Took my car in for alignment on 5/6/2015; also asked if they could replace headlight that was (is) out. They took my car in promptly at appointed time. Quoted price was $79.99, the price posted on their board in waiting room. But soon the person came back to waiting room and said they could not do alignment unless the tie rod ends were replaced. That would cost almost $200 extra. I believed them and authorized the work. They worked on the car and in less then 2 hours said it was ready. The bill included $6.00 for replacement headlight bulb. I asked for my old parts, which they provided without question. When a knowledgeable acquaintance examined them, the removed tie rod ends were in good condition, no need for replacement. When Wheels Unlimited personnel were questioned, they stated that they had been concerned the tie rod ends might be worn. The person also mentioned that they had given me a good deal on the headlight. That evening I prepared to leave Bible study to go home, and turned on headlights. Friends there immediately said "Your headlight is out." I plan to return and ask for my money back but I believe people should be warned about this place. Peggy Follow-up on 5/8/2015 - took the car back, was told the mechanic forgot to replace the headlight (!). They took care of that right away, provided an explanation of why 2003 Volkswagen could not be realigned without removal of tie rod ends. I have not tried to investigate whether that is so, but I do know there are many mechanics who will not work on a VW. Maybe other cars would have had a different result. read more
