Once again "The Doc's " at the Wheel Medic took care of me!! They have been "Johnny on the Spot" ever since the 1st time I used them 3 Years ago!! I set up for an appointment with Danny (Danielle) via online and on the phone!! She's always Super pleasant and down to Earth when dealing me.....full of charm and know's her stuff!! Met up with Hanna (Her Sista) lol....who is equally knowledgeable,witty and charming.....but dontcha mess with these Chick's!! They are fully capable with flinging tires and dialogue with the greasy dirty hand tech's!! My tire-rim Doctor (Bryce) was definitely on point and an Expert with spotting the issues with my low profile 20's as he quickly diagnosed the problem and remedied my tire-rim fiasco!! I can see why this place gets so much traffic and why they have such a high recommendation from Car Dealers,Commercial Account's and regular clientele!! They are Surprisingly "Honest and Forthright" with their direct straight up approach to handling customers and their Wheel/Rim dilemmas and I use to be in the Car Business for 15 Year's back in Chicago! These guy's and gal's down at the "Wheel Medic" really know their stuff and don't play the Con Games like other joint's might do!! If I could give them 100 **** Star's I would!! Great service with a friendly smile and honest to goodness genuine care from the entire staff!!! And Millie laying around or wagging her tail and playing with her toy's is another treat!!! I Love Doggie Lovers too!! Overall Exceptional Performance from everyone here!! The combined Year's of Knowledge and Experience speaks volumes in this little shop of Wheel Doctor's and Nurses!! Thanks Danny,Hanna and Bryce for being Extraordinary!

I damaged my rim on a curb and it looked terrible. I stopped in and Dani gave me a competitive quote and scheduled the repair in less than two weeks. She actually sold me on the less expensive repair explaining it would look great, and she was right. The repair was done timely and she and her staff were very courteous. If you have a damaged rim, take it here.

WHEEL ALIGNMENT. This is what I desperately needed after I replaced all my front suspension parts. If you have a BMW, then you'll know there are a dozen parts. I replaced all four tires as well, and my car pulled to the right and was shaky after I did the work. Expected. So, get to this now. This place was less than a mile away from my house. Had no clue. Never heard of them before. Found them right on Yelp. It's appointment only and they got me scheduled within a few days of my call. I'm about to tell you why this place gets 5 stars. My car was a pain in the ass, and the mechanic(Rice), being he has a BMW as well, he knew it might be a little more tricky to get the alignment right for my car. The suspension just has a lot of moving parts. He triple checked the alignment, drove it twice, hoisted it up and reran the system. He even walked me back to explain a possible Tie Rod "issue"(which I knew about) and showed me the movement on the screen that the wheels were showing. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. They actually went above and beyond what I expected. $75-100 bucks for a thorough front end alignment. They tell me the specialize in wheel fractures/pot hole damage. Good to know. I'll attach a picture of my print out. Top will be before alignment, and bottom will be after. Will definitely call them again in the future.

Took my wheels in because of some light curb rash & ended up having all 4 wheels refinished & powder coated. Looks amazing, hands down Wheel Medic is the best in the business. However I did have to go back the following day and have the wheels rebalanced, mainly cause they're not good tires to begin with and static balancing just wouldn't cut it. Dynamic balancing helped out a lot with the vibration. A minor inconvenience but it rides great now. Everyone was real cool and apologized. See pictures. Powder coating your wheels even if brand new makes them not only durable but also is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
