I just walked out of the store. I went in with my bf, he needed stuff for his truck. At first the one employee opened the door for us. We looked for what we needed, i walked around because i didn't actually need anything. While my bf had a question, the guy answered it and attempted to look it up for us. After that we figured it out but i listened to the employees chatting while my bf finished up. The employees literally hate their jobs. It was the conversation they were actively having. The one guy who opened the door was complaining about how he handled a call with a customer, the was complaining about the job. The girl was agreeing. Then another employee walked in and literally said that he hated his job. Do not work in customer service if you don't want to handle customers... it's that simple. Your entire job is customer service, if you don't like it find something else, but complaining in-front of countless customers is ridiculous, and sad. read more

I had a headlight out. I had stopped at a different Auto Zone at least a year ago where a nice girl replaced the bulb, which didn't work. She said it might be a loose wire. The dealership wanted $200 to diagnose the problem which I haven't had. My husband convinced me to try Auto Zone once more and Jacob took the time to determine that the problem was a fuse and was fixed for less than $10! I couldn't be more grateful! Each time I'm in the store whatever the need I always leave with the task completed or the questions answered or the correct tools/ equipment. The have superb customer service. For example a tech came outside and changed a tricky lightbulb in my car when the temp outside was at zero degrees. It was a 10-15 minute job. They seem to focus on creating a great experience and making sure that the customer is treated in a professional manner. In addition they answer your questions and give suggestions on what's best for your vehicle. I never feel that my questions are foolish. When I needed to return items as we didn't need them, Kevin helped me out and took time to listen to my concerns. It was a very smooth transaction. I will always consider going to Auto Zone for my auto care needs! read more

Went today to replace the 3 wipers on my 2021 Subaru forester. The man looked up the wipers on his computer and said the only blades that would work on my car 'because it needed a special clip' was $34 a piece and Bosch was the only one that worked on my car. I explained I had several choices the last time I had them replaced there and the ones I got were not that expensive nor did my car require a special clip. They didn't get my business today and I found subaru factory replacement wipers which were a fraction of the cost even with the $15 shipping fee. read more

God bless, Auto Zone! Recently (in the middle of moving to a new home) my battery was stone cold dead. AAA jumped me and said my next stop needed to be for a new battery. Auto Zones run codes on your "Check Engine" light for free as well as remove old & install new car batteries. This is amazing as most auto shops charge you for the diagnostics and/or labor. Matt helped me choose a new battery and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. I love Auto Zone! read more

I went to this AutoZone to get some parts for my car and the service was so amazing. They made me feel like I was valuable by friendly greeting me at the door. I also happened to mention that I had a debt problem and it was great because they let me use a dent puller to see if it would take out the debt without trying to sell me a necessary stuff but in turn and made me buy a other stuff as well because they were so friendly. most people are aware but I'm just reminding you that they offer free battery charging they also test your starter alternator. You can also rent toolssuch as many tools that are required to put pulley off of vehicles. You pay the deposit and you get all your money back if you return it.but Jennifer stack was amazing she let me use a polar and she was highly interactive and gave me other suggestions for what I needed and she's very approachable. This location is very accessible to is easy to get to and plenty of parking. read more

As the normal book guide is unavailable due to COVID. She told me my size. I bought a set, and while installing the new ones, they asked if they could help me install them. The people at this auto zone were super helpful. I walked in and grabbed my oil, there was a special but I didnt want the filter. They still gave me the deal price anyways. As I walked out I saw several employees helping other people with their cars and giving them assessments of what needed to be repaired. I would recommend going here if you need anything for your vehicle. read more

4 times 4 different batteries that were brand new from this location. All of them no cold cranking amps and dead within a month or less. Seriously AutoZone, I come in and wait in half an hour traffic to be told your not smart enough to figure out how to turn off the maintenance required light on a vehicle? Isn't the word "AUTO" in your title? I'm just saying people I had no issues with my car and it seems some people are either too lazy or just think other auto shops need to take care of things these days. Thank god my dad taught me well growing up how to check my car or go to smarter guys if this stuff ever comes up. I'm not sure I will be coming to this store as often now after hearing this. I am furious! I just went to mr. Tire for some routine maintenance and they informed me that this store had installed the WRONG wiper blades and that's why they were not working correctly on one side. During my trip at autozone I informed them of my year, make and model and told them I needed new blades and air cabin filter. Not only did they sell me the wrong blades and installed the wrong blades, they sold me an ENGINE filter! Not an air cabin filter like I had asked. Don't come here! read more

Was at the store for replacement wiper blade 5/28/21 at 1:30pm. Spoke with a young guy named Robert who told me "that's what I get for buying a new car" when asked if there were another brand then Bosch to buy. Horrible customer service. I'll be going to Advanced Auto Parts from now on. read more

Stopped by today to purchase a new battery. The young man who waited on me (Lucas) was extremely helpful. He took the time to check my battery to make sure that it was in fact going bad plus offered me choices instead of suggesting the most expensive option. Also after the purchase was made, he installed my new battery during an awful rainstorm with no complaints at all.
