I don't even know where to start at how bad of a dealership company everything all around this place is I have bought a brand new jeep 2023 and have had nothing and I repeat nothing but problems with the Jeep four sets of rotors already one set of brakes already my completely media screen everything is just completely blacked out every other week. I've had the car in the shop more than I've had the car out of the shop they can't ever seem to fix anything and then they still charge you $150 every single time and they fix nothing. It's absolutely terrible Jeep should've never it was a lemon basically they show me a lemon at the end of the day. I should've got a brand new fucking jeep. Point blank when the car has that many problems so many times over and over and over again that are not user problems. It's not me doing it I'm not ruining four sets of rotors in under a year and I mean it's just one thing after another. I order a heated seat cover because my heated seat went out. It's been there for going on six months now they called me telling me they were going to return it if I didn't schedule an appointment to get it put in I take it up there to get it put in and it sat there for three days before I had to have my uncle go up there and say what the fuck is going on and they said well it could be another four or five days who knows how long till we get to it and it's still never been completed it's still sitting there. I paid $1000 for it. It's just sitting there. They've never done nothing about it. Terrible. I would never recommend this Jeep dealership if my life depended on it I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited to see if they could somehow make amends and do the right thing but it's just over and over and over and over again it's all wrong. My review of the service department stands, 5-star service, 3-star loaner car policy, and 1-star sales tactics and disclosure. unfortunately, While the service department did make every effort to fix a warranty/recall repair. The jeep is gone, because there was a recall on the vehicle that has no fix. The recall is a clutch recall that will result in fire, unfortunately the insurance companies are onto this and have started a campaign of not covering any JL jeep from 2018-current with a manual transmission due to a design flaw that is causing the clutch assembly to burst into flames. Now, while it's not the dealerships fault this happens, what is, is the lack of disclosure. The vehicle recall should have kept the vehicle on the lot, and not have allowed it to be sold while still having no fix. Due to this i ended up eating nearly 10k bucks on this thing having to sell it and disclose the burst into flames recall info and a lack of ability to insure it with full coverage without the clause indicating any fire damage or damage to any other property is not covered due to the recall and no fix. While i would still service a vehicle here, i don't think i would buy another vehicle here after dealing with this, at minimal this risk should have been disclosed. read more

The Crown dealership has so many brands that you cannot go wrong. I do not believe at all that a dealership can be evaluated based on sales people. I have my entire life been taught that a dealership is evaluated totally by its service department, which I know people will dispute. The service department at Jeep, Dustin Litteral, has made me feel like I'm respected, valued, and that I belong as part of the Crown experience. I totally believe and the straightforward approach that I receive in service at Crown Jeep. I, personally, believe that everyone involved in the service department has been honest and open with me. It is just a guess that I am making about service being so different than Salesforce. Well, called on February 5th to get the recall on my Jeep fixed. They took all my information and told me Kelly would be calling to schedule. So of course I don't hear from anyone. On Tuesday I call again and they put me through to Kelly, doesn't want to give her last name, left a message for to include my phone number. So today, February 14th they still haven't called. I call up and they want to put me through to Kelly, I say that won't work as I have previously left a message without a call back. They put me on hold after I ask for a manager and what do you know Kelly(no last name) gets in the phone and says she has no information about me. I say well I called earlier in the week and didn't get a call back from you. If they weren't the closest dealer I wouldn't use them. No customer service at all. Do you have a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram? Well then you're in some luck! I was heading out for a big trip in the following days when my Jeep decided to give me a little trouble. Being an avid do-it-yourself-er I looked up what might be the issue and found out I needed to get my transfer case fluid changed. Not something easily done without certain tools and a garage. Off to Crown! I called them up and they told they could take my car in as soon as I could get there. They quoted me the price and the time it would take and they were perfectly right on both accounts - it was the exact price and time to complete that they quoted. There were three neat things about Crown in particular though. First, they had free popcorn while you waited and pop (soda, whatever you Ohio-ians) was only 50 cents. NICE. Second, they at least rinsed off my car if not washed it when they were done. COOL. Third, they called to follow up a day later. While a one-day follow up may be good for some problems, it's not necessarily so with a fluid change. It will probably take more time than that to know if the problem has been fully resolved. Still, very impressive of them to call. One problem with going here, though, was that I have now found out that I could have gotten the same fluid change done at half the price at another local business (Clark Auto Repair). This isn't all that surprising - they are a dealership afterall - but it's unfortunate nonetheless. If you're in a hurry and want a place that has good business practices, I would recommend Crown. I'll be updating this space if it turns out my Jeep explodes. read more

My girlfriend and I came to Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge with the full intention of walking out with a Jeep Cherokee. Unfortunately, Crown was either unwilling or unable to be flexible at all on their price. This did not upset as since they are under no obligation to sell anything to us and we are under no obligation to buy from them. We dealt with a number of employees there including salesman Mitchell and general manager Neil. They were both friendly, professional, and a genuine pleasure to meet. Unfortunately, we also had the displeasure of speaking with Andy who I assume is an assistant manager. Andy is easily identifiable as he has a large and menacing mole planted squarely on the port side of his nose. When we had questions about what we felt was an unreasonably low trade-in offer ($2,000 below Kelley Blue Book trade-in) Andy and his mole walked over and proceeded to speak to us as though we were petulant children and in the most condescending manner imaginable. "Holy moly" I thought to myself, "these two are ridiculous." When Andy and his mole left, we informed Mitchell that we didn't wish to speak to the two of them anymore and would prefer to deal only with him. Even more unimpressive was another salesman who threw a expletive laden tantrum yelling the "f word" multiple times and throwing his phone. Nothing was done about his behavior. This was easily the worst experience we've ever had at a car dealership. Update: Hello Neil and thank you for your reply. I did not show a "prejudice" based on someone's physical appearance. I showed a "postjudice" based on someone's abhorrent behavior and then chose to mock his physical appearance because I believe that based on his conduct toward my girlfriend and me, he is deserving of mockery. The disdain I expressed was clearly not based solely or even partly on his unique physical attributes. I believe that even people without facial moles can be jerks. The real shame here is that you, as general manager, allow your employees to behave the way that they do. read more

I would not recommend this place. Went here to look at some dodge's...they asked if I wanted to trade my previous dodge in and I asked how much they would give me. They needed the keys to appraise it which I handed over while looking at new models. When they were done and while I was looking at new models, they left my car unlocked with the windows down in the lot..had some valuables in the car. They offered me 5k for it at first, but when I went to get the keys to LOCK my car at the desk, piece of paper said "8k Final" lol. Salesman was rude to the other employees while showing me cars...bad look. Simply put their cars are overpriced. Went elsewhere and was almost in shock at how much better the prices were. Ended up happily getting the car I wanted at another central Ohio dealer. I get the fact that dealers start out high on prices and hopes of getting gullible people to bite but they started out laughably high. Gave Crown a second chance in the service department, however wasn't impressed again. They told me they needed to order a part for my car. It took almost TWO Years to get the part in LOL. Poor line of communication with updating me during those two years as well. Finally when it came in, they said I couldn't get in for an appointment for two weeks--nothing like another two weeks after waiting two years! Devon Jordan was my salesperson and I thought he was great. I also talked with one of the sales managers who were really nice too. Answered my questions and no high-pressure sales tactics ... UNTIL we got into the finance office. Terry Moore was a nightmare to deal with. First, I had submitted all the information needed over the course of a week and basically had a done deal before I showed up at the dealership. I drove from an hour away, test drove the vehicle with Devon, had numbers signed and agreed upon in about an hour. Great. Then it's sit and wait, for about 90 minutes !! while F&I "ran paperwork". I stated several times that I had to leave at a certain time to get back home for a school function with my child. I know that these things take time, but when I'm sitting right outside Terry's office and he's on a personal phone call with sounded like landscapers or some type of home repair while I'm sitting and waiting .... no. Not good. I expected my payment to be one thing, which it was about $20 higher than what I was told. Below is a copy of an email I sent to Devon in the days following our purchase: Hey! Sooooo, I don't know what we need to do, resign paperwork or cancel policies. But I feel like finance was very shady about the charges and insurance he sold me. Said "how about this, this, this for an additional $4. and we said yes" he failed to mention, it would be what? $4 a month? the charges are Tire $713 Theft Avert $99 Key replacement $399 that's $1,211 that was added !!! Definitely doesn't cover his an "additional $4". I was on a budget, which you knew, and ended up being in a hurry by the time we got to finance. I don't want ANY of those insurances. He also said he removed a bank fee to "offset" the cost. He said the bank fee was $295 !! How does an additional $1211 offset $295?!?!? How much did that add to my payment ?!?! Devon said he would follow-up, no response since then. I emailed Terry twice now and he's responded once with a one sentence email saying I have to come back to the dealership to fill out cancellation forms. I had asked if they could be emailed to me, no response. I got an automatic email wanting me to rate the dealership, and when I clicked on one-star, it sent an email to the management team (supposedly) where I had included all the information left in this review. No response. I like my car, I like Devon, but I would not return to this dealership due to the practices of the F&I department and the lack of followup once the sale has been made. read more

Taking my car here was an absolute nightmare. Even with an appointment I had to wait 3+ hours both times I went. The first time my contact, Tyler Ramsey, said they had to order parts, then never contacted me when they came in. I called them around two weeks later and they said they had no record of me ever coming in. Later, they found the record (it was "put in to the system wrong.") They said they had the parts and I took the car back. After waiting my three hours, Tyler told me they didn't order one of the parts that was needed. My car was really acting up at the time, and I asked if it was still safe to drive. I was assured it was safe, and waited for the call about the part. Again, I was never called with an update. About a week later my wife was driving the car home from work and it broke down while she was driving down the highway. She called me in tears, and luckily we were able to reach a friend to pick her up and bring her home. I wisely had my car towed to a different dealership, which fixed my car in only one visit. The new dealership also said the records from Crown claimed to have fixed the problem. I think someone at Crown forgot to order the other part, then tried to cover up the mistake by doing paperwork that reflected the problem being fixed. I emailed Tyler Ramsey at Crown with my complaints, and I never recieved any response (after two weeks). Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place like the plague! read more

On Wednesday I did a "live chat" with a Crown representative. The person I chatted with did a good job in forwarding my inquiry to a salesperson. Through email, I described to the salesman the vehicle I had located on their website and my interest in purchasing it. His response was that "The vehicle is available and ready for delivery." I was impressed that he offered to bring it to me for a test drive if I could not come to the dealership. Included in his email was the name and email of his manager in the event I would ever want to speak with him. This too was impressive. I replied and told the salesman that this vehicle WOULD NOT be our primary vehicle and that I had no trade-in that he had asked about. I also told him I would be paying cash. This was mid-afternoon and I heard nothing else from him. On Thursday, I contacted his manager and forwarded my previous email communications with the salesman. Some time later, he replied to my email and stated the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available and had been sold. I replied this was interesting that the vehicle was "available and ready for delivery" until I advised I had no trade-in and would be paying cash. Now it had suddenly been sold. I got no reply from this comment, however, on Friday I received an email from the original salesman who said he was off on Thursday and asked his manager to contact me "if he had a chance." He asked if his manager had done so. Still no response about the "timely sale." read more
