To be honest I don't remember much, I was very excited and I was in and out of there so fast the only person I remember by name was Dez. She was amazing! Before I could even sit down she put a frosty ice water in my hand and proceeded to show me my new car. She even got down on the ground on a 85 degree day to put my temp tag and plate holders on. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere of that place is very pleasant. Don't go there for service. I booked a mobile service to have a light bulb replaced because the wait for a loaner vehicle was six weeks. They cancelled my first appointment because the tech was off on the day I had scheduled. I rescheduled for the next week. Then the service guy argued with me that it was not a bulb but an LED that needed replacement and said they couldn't do that on a mobile service. He kept quoting the "headlight" not the indicator bulb. He tried to tell me that that the non-BMW dealer put in an "after market" part which is why it wasn't working. I ended up dissembling it myself and taking pictures of the Bulb that needed replaced. He quoted me $120 plus labor to replace a $6 bulb. He cited the "labor" to replace it but I had already taken it apart! They must think I'm stupid. I ordered the part and did it myself which is what I should have done in the first place! read more

Took my 2011 X6M in to have the amp looked at bc there was no sound. Made a appointment 2 weeks in advance. The week of I call multiple times with drop off questions no one answered or called me back. Someone dropped the ball. Before bringing it in I removed the moldings in the trunk for easy access to the Amp. I wanted to make the techs job easier. They wanted to charge me 3415 to replace a part that is $1000 new and instillation only required plugging in 2 connectors. What a rip off. I also was told that nothing else's was wrong with my car. That was a lie it has a valve leak that you would notice if you stood next to the car for longer than 3 min u can smell. No mention of that was told to me by my service advisor. Honestly one of the worst experiences ever. I brought a bmw 5 suv no issues!! Drove for Acouple days just to work and back. On the second day I left accessories on and killed thee battery.. called Ross side assistance they couldn't jump it so had to tow... I chose Kelly bmw to take the car to for a battery. I call them a ask specifically for a charge and test to see if battery is still good if not go ahead and give me a new battery... they take about a week to get back to me... me calling everyday getting ahold of no one. Finally they say oh we put battery in started car turned it off and proceeded to run test!! Hold on.. What test!?!? Well all six spark plugs are fouled sir they need replaced the car won't start again!! I'm like ok maybe they flooded when battery was dead.. ok fix them!! This brings bill up to 1000!! Once again a silence in communication finally I talk with o then and they give me the same excuse!! It started we turned it off to run test and won't start again this time it's your starter sir. Wtf!! Why does my car start once then not again you guys are playing with me!! No sir we promise you fix this and your car will run!! Ok fix the starter!! 2000 fix brings my total to 3000!! They fix the starter and hit me with the same excuse!! This time it's a 6000 banks system!! They are crooks and won't do anything to make it right now I'm out of a car that I got a loan for and only drove for 2 days!! 40 miles total!! Brian on down to the service manager and lying pieces of shit!! Also my car did not have the white floor paper that every car that gets maintenanced gets!! My always dependable 11 year old 328i decided it was a good time to have a passenger side widow go down and stay stuck . Found Kelly BMW on a search engine with good reviews and called their service dept, talked to Mark Byrnes, begging to fit me in, as I couldn't imagine driving back 450 miles with the garbage bag taped to the window! Not only did Mark fit me in the next morning to take a look, but also fixed the window, took care of 2 recalls, & an oil & filter change at my request. I brought the car in at 9:30 and had it back at 5 pm! I was so impressed with their empathy, kindness, & professionalism. My first call was to another dealership in Dublin that someone referred me to. I spoke to an agent, who was less than enthusiastic during the conversation. I told him what I wanted, he said he would speak to his sales manager, and call me back in five minutes. When he called me back he told me that his sales manager said, and this is word for word, "Right now with the way things are, high demand and low supply, we are not selling to out of state customers." What kind of answer is that? What does it matter? A customer is a customer. So I called Kelly BMW, which was the first place I found online, and should have called to begin with. I was connected with Tom Augustine who assisted me. Not only was he kind and professional, but he also stayed on the telephone while I filled out the credit application online. He immediately sent me the information that he would need, and even set up an appt. for my daughter to take a test drive an hour later. He was extremely informative and kind to my daughter, who even said, "Wow! He was so nice." I cannot wait to visit the dealership in a few weeks to complete the final paperwork. I've had an AMAZING experience so far. I'm glad I took my business to them, rather than to the other dealership. Great customer service is what these luxury dealerships should ALWAYS have, and customers expect it. I have to say I have a home about 3 minutes from MAG. I wasn't impressed with the evaluation of my 750. Not only did they say I needed a new transmission for 13k they weren't very kind. I took the car to Kelly for a second opinion. Well, the alternator was malfunctioning and spiking causing the transmission to shift out of order. Changed that and the battery for precautionary purposes. Ran another two years before I purchased another. I've been speaking with Gordon at Kelly. Called Kelly BMW to have my car aligned. I spoke with Gorden Rhea, wow what a rude dude!!!! I asked him how long it would take...he didn't have a clue. He claimed it could take days to align my BMW!!! DAYS???!!!! You have got to be kidding me! The thing is I am a retired engineer in the auto industry and a gearhead. I know that BMW and mercedes use the bleissbarth method and equipment, this process should take a matter of hours at best. Gorden however, claimed it could take more than a day....that is pure BS! My 2011 BMW Z4 broke down this morning.....I noticed a slight sputter when starting from a complete stop (red lights) , then the check engine light came on. I pulled off the side of the road and called #KellyBMW four times. 1st attempt: I immediately advised I was broke down and receptionist transferred me to the Service Mgr VOICEMAIL. 2nd attempt: repeat of 1st attempt ...sent to a voicemail. 3nd attempt: I called back, in more of a panic, advising I was broke down and please get someone on the phone to help me. The young receptionist then asked me to explain TO HER the issues my car was having and she would try to diagnose as no one else was available. I had zero confidence in "Brittany's" ability to proper diagnose my car and did not see a point in this and asked to be transferred to service. "Brittany" slammed down the phone. 4rd attempt: I called back advising I was broke down on the side of the road and desperately needed assistance. I was then informed that the Service Mgr was on another call and he would call me back. I left my number. Worried what to do and not immediately hearing from Kelly BMW, I contacted a friend who highly recommended another location across town to take my car or have towed to. I got my car running, no engine light but occasional sputter if I declined in speed. Nervously I got on the freeway, passing my exit to Kelly BMW pressing on to a new company waiting to service my car. About 2 miles into my white knuckled drive, Kelly BMW Service Mgr called me. I advised him that I called four times while broke down, sent to voicemail twice and even had a receptionist hang up on me. I also added that I felt it was a complete waste of everyone's time for his receptionist "Brittany" to attempt to properly diagnose my car issues - broke down on the road, I deserved to speak with someone other than a receptionist! The Service Manager then replied "On behalf of Kelly BMW I want to say that we do not want your business and to take your car elsewhere!" Fortunately I was already on my way to another company. THIS on top of the fact, I already have an appointment tomorrow for an oil change at #KellyBMW. I have a coupon for a FULL AUTO DETAIL because of poor customer service from a year ago. I had a windshield replaced at #KellyBMW and the gal wanted me to sign off on the windshield repair/replacement without actually seeing my car. I asked to see my car prior to signing for repairs and she flung her pen down violently on the counter and reluctantly showed me my car! I did not find my request unreasonable....so I complained. The pattern of poor customer service is mind-blowing. Maybe because I purchased a used BMW they consider me sub-par and not of any value? I recently had my BMW 328i into the service department to have Cilajet applied to the interior and exterior of the car. (I highly recommend it!) It's well worth the additional add on price. It's an amazing product that protects your paint and leather from harmful UV rays. Normal day to day dirt and grime do not stick easily to its smooth silky surface. Allowing you to not have to wash your car as often. It's much easier to keep your car looking "showroom" clean and polished. Road tar, grease, oil, everything's just wipes right off the paint surface. I was assigned to Nicholas Williamson as my service advisor. He has helped me on two different occasions. He really understands what great customer service looks like. I'm all about consistency, and he always makes me glad I chose Kelly BMW! He's not just efficient, he takes the extra time be personable and genuine in making your visit very pleasant. It's people like him who help create customer loyalty! read more

I was a little worried about going to the dealership after moving up here from Louisville, but Kelly BMW surprised me with how much value they added to their service. I had a pretty severe failure of my water pump about 150 miles from home and they were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of getting to them and getting the repairs completed. Ask for Sam when you need service, he was honest and very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and upfront with everything. Told me what was needed, when to bundle service to save on labor and what products were worth it and which weren't. The bottom line on my repair was more than I was used to back in Louisville when I went to an indy shop, but I feel like they did everything they could at Kelly to make me feel alright with parting with the amount of money I did. The wash and vacuum doesn't hurt, and they completed the service promptly. Not often have I seen a repair bill where the labor is actually HALF of what the materials cost. They were very professional and I am no longer afraid of going to the stealership. read more

I would NOT recommend Kelly BMW. They do not perform the service they purport they do. In 2016, I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. On the printed report they gave me, they stated coolant fluid was checked. 2 days later, I was alerted that it was low and had to address it myself. In 2017, I again brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. On the printed report they gave me, they stated that battery test was performed. 3 days later, I was alerted my battery was failing. I took my car elsewhere for replacement. I am a physician who takes care of patients who have emergent issues. These seemingly minor car issues had a bit impact on my ability to do my job. I will never take my car back to Kelly BMW. read more

Buyer beware. I purchased a 3 series from their Certified Used BMW lot. I was haggled up $1500 dollars on the price of the car because it was "certified" and came with the extended warranty of 6 years and 100,000 miles. The cost of which was $1700 at the time. After returning home, i was informed at my local BMW Store that the warranty was never applied to the car. When i called Kelly BMW to have them activate the warranty, they told me the warranty must be purchased and does not come automatically on used cars. This is a dishonest establishment, shop elsewhere. Otherwise, BMW's are fantastic vehicles. I recommend The BMW Store in Kenwood, OH. read more

Had my 328i looked at previously and knew it needed timing belt replacement, so I scheduled maintenance at Kelly. Asked them to ensure that the "service engine soon" light had been activated as a result of faulty timing belt. I mentioned that I noticed the engine was heating up rather quickly, and that I thought it might be a water pump issue. Finally, I had been having trouble with my AC not pumping cold air, and asked them to take a look. I borrowed a courtesy car and they were able to get me in and out faster than I had anticipated. Had a minor cosmetic (dent) on the back left side, technician assured me they would do what they could to pop it out before I returned. When I returned to pick up the car, my technician (Gordon Rhea) was no where to be found. Instead I was sent directly to billing where I was charged for: 1) Replacement of timing belt and tensioners. - Awesome. You fixed the only thing I asked you to work on, happy to pay you for your service. 2) General service engine light "diagnostics test." - Understandable, but annoying considering I had already identified the issues that needed to be addressed. Just leave the IBS alone 3) Water pump diagnostics and inspection. - Oh, great! After I TOLD YOU I KNEW the water pump was probably faulty, you charge me half the cost of the replacement to tell me what I already know. 4) For an AC "diagnostics test." AND "recharge." - Told this was a $500 temporary fix, and that it would run me 2k to replace the evaporator. Cold air stopped about 72 hours after leaving the dealership. Tried to reach out to the dealership for support and was ignored via email and voicemail for weeks. All in all, I was charged an additional $800 to solve absolutely ZERO problems. Not to mention I was told that the service engine light was a result of the Water Pump, and when I replaced it at Yark BMW in Toledo, they discovered the light was a result of o2 suppliers to the catalytic converter. Almost nailed it, Kelly, good thing you charged me for not one, but TWO diags. And of course that annoying dent was right where I left it when i took the car in originally. Awful experience. Avoid Kelly at all costs. read more

Contrary to another reviewer on here, I had an absolutely amazing experience with John Zimmerman. He listened to what I wanted for price point and color and found me exactly what I needed. He answered all of our questions and taught me everything about my new car. I will purchase all of our cars from John. I can't thank him enough for finally getting me into the car I always wanted.
