Per tracking info my tires were to arrive on a Wednesday. To get ahead of the curve of a busy schedule, I called to schedule an appointment for that day. They told me they wanted to wait until the tires arrived to schedule. Lo and behold, they showed just as tracking info stated, and could not get me in until the day after or Friday. They called me to schedule the appointment when the tires arrived and quoted 3 or more hours to mount and balance tires because they are "low profile tires". Upon telling them I would just pick up my tires and take it to another shop, they said "well they are your tires" and hung up on me. They are not customer friendly, and try to overcharge to make a quick buck. If you need a good tire shop located in Delaware, go to RNR tire on Sandusky st. They are fair priced, an absolute pleasure to work with and only seem to hire good knowledgeable technicians. RNR has my business for life, stay AWAY from Precision Alignment.

I brought my car in because I had a dangerous bubble on my sidewall, known to make a car unsafe to drive.  Instead of ensuring my safety, the technician refused to sell or install just one tire, citing a "policy" that they cannot replace single tires. This is absurd. They are forcing customers to buy 4 tires, holding our safety hostage over a few extra bucks. As it ended, I was able to go to a reputable, caring for customer safety, business up the road and found that two tires had the issue. Zero was not an option.
