Tire Choice, who was recommended to me by another shop, got my vehicle in right away. I dealt with Gavin, who communicated with me honestly and fairly. He said he would do his best to get everything done as quickly as possible, but there was a possibility it would take a day to get everything they needed. From the time the tow truck dropped my suv off, to the phone call from Gavin, my new favorite person, saying my car was ready to be picked up,... only four hours had passed. ONLY FOUR HOURS, y'all. I was literally thrilled. Pricing was a bit less than I was expecting, and I'm positive significantly less than what the dealership would've charged. That's always ideal. At the time of the service I received an email with an increased price. Then when I picked up my car, they charged an even higher price. What concerns me most though is that the service technician said my air filters were "long overdue" for replacement. However, I'd replaced them just four months before the oil change. I refused the filter replacement service. When I got home I pulled the filters out and they look brand new.

However, any mechanical repair is extremely expensive. I received an estimate to change the sway away bars, rear suspension/rear shock absorbers and change the tripods for close to $1,500. I found a local small shop mechanic that did it for less than $700. Also, on another vehicle, the horn wasn't working, so Oxford gave me an estimate to fix it for $450. I reviewed YouTube videos and was able to fix it myself, since the problem was simply that the ground cable was not making contact. Bought a 2' copper cable, changed the horn and changed the plug, all for less than $60. Yes, $450 vs $60. Again, I don't think they are bad mechanics, but way too pricey. Won't go back.

They got me right in as I had ordered tires on their website. Dwayne helped me when I walked in. I inquired about an alignment since I was there. He told me my car didn't need one just yet which I thought was awesome because tire shops or mechanics I've previously been to just added it to the job without advising me on whether or not it was truly needed. Best part: they have free air, balancing, rotation and fixing of flats for the life of the tires. Very satisfied with my choice of Katz Tires in Worthington (as suggested by the Clintonville Forum on FB!)

The man swore that he could fix it and put the tires back on the vehicle let me drive off and the wheels almost fell off on the freeway after being driven for a couple of weeks. They never should have repaired or replaced the tires if it could not be done correctly, but they took my money and when I returned for help, their attitudes were terrible.
