BEWARE! On November…read more11, 2022 I took my RV to Wendell's Garage to be serviced and winterized. Up until we were preparing for our first spring road trip on April 21, 2023, the RV sat in storage and wasn't taken out on any excursions. On April 20, 2023 I took the RV to RCD RV to be de-winterized. Winterizing involves draining all of the water out and replacing it with anti-freeze. And de-winterizing involves flushing all of the anti-freeze out and preparing the RV for water again. RCD RV noticed there was leaking water around the combo washer/dryer, and that the water filter had cracked. Both elements due to the RV not being properly winterized. We had the combo washer/dryer removed and had the water filter replaced. Then that same afternoon once we got home I noticed that there was a steady leak coming from the gray waste water release line. Looking at that element, the gray waste water tank was 1/3 full. When there shouldn't have been anything in that tank at all if it was properly winterized. I couldn't patch the leak, and there are likely blown water lines in that area due to water freezing during the winter. I contacted Wendell's Garage about the situation on April 20, 2023 and was told that they would contact RCD RV to get their observations. And that I would receive a call back. We still have heard no response. Here are vid caps of the persistent leak caused by improper winterization. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AN6Y9H8UeLWX6eJXTx5QO0Vwpki_XI-C/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hzKTIjdpDbVhR-TbbfyvWxXYHPzqscYR/view?usp=sharing I'll attach timestamped photos of the specifics. Also, note that since they've been under new ownership it seems as if customer's aren't contacted to authorize estimated repair work. The customer is just told their vehicle is ready for pickup. So it's a surprise when you come in to see what you owe. As is echoed by the BBB review. Happened to me the past two times.

Did I want to sink $1400 into batteries, and would that solve the problem? So, I began researching various gas models and dealerships. I did not want to go the route of private owner because I didn't want to buy someone else's problem. Power Equipment Solutions has competitive prices for used golf carts. The one we wanted was sold while we were getting more information. But they offered us the same model, 2 years newer, and were willing to paint it the same color as the sold model at no extra charge. Well, can you paint it Steeler Yellow instead? Yep... Would you like a black roof and black seats to keep with the Steeler theme? Yep. That add on only cost $500 more. After all, it is my big present for our 25th anniversary. We had to wait about a month while the Springfield company did everything. Then Jeff had it delivered to Plain City so that the store could check it over themselves. Well it was delivered today, and I LOVE IT. Looks brand new, and came with a half a tank of gas. If you need a golf cart, come here. Top service, reasonable prices.
