For under 50 bucks left with a working battery and a new terminal installed. However, any mechanical repair is extremely expensive. I received an estimate to change the sway away bars, rear suspension/rear shock absorbers and change the tripods for close to $1,500. I found a local small shop mechanic that did it for less than $700. Also, on another vehicle, the horn wasn't working, so Oxford gave me an estimate to fix it for $450. I reviewed YouTube videos and was able to fix it myself, since the problem was simply that the ground cable was not making contact. Bought a 2' copper cable, changed the horn and changed the plug, all for less than $60. Yes, $450 vs $60. Again, I don't think they are bad mechanics, but way too pricey. Won't go back.

The next day, I was informed the salesperson I was originally slated to work with had called off, but another one took up the reigns and went and got the car for me, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to see it like it was scheduled. The car test drove well and I informed the salesman I'd like to work out a deal. Initially the financing came out nowhere close to what I had expected, but they worked hard to bring it down quite a bit. I think I could've gotten a little more on my trade, but they got the monthly payment down to about the absolute max I was willing to spend so it worked out. All the people there are super, super friendly and I really felt no pressure and instead felt they worked hard to get me in a vehicle I really wanted. I'll certainly come back here for future business and strongly recommend them to anyone in the area. Coughlin worked with our Insurance Company to repair our vehicle. Because of estimate modification due to damage not seen on the original evaluation, the process took several weeks. When we got the car back it was in near perfect condition. I mean it looks amazing, inside and out. There was a problem with error codes coming up after we got it back but they quickly addressed the problem, which we found out was a loose wire inside the door panel. First of all, when you set up an appointment, you can request a loaner car, so that you don't need to wait there for the car, and I didn't have to miss work. I also saw a different rep ordering someone an Uber for a different customer because who didn't have appointment so there wasn't a loaner available. Secondly, I originally went in for a transmission flush. While I was at work, I got a text and email of the inspection they had done. The inspection was really easy to read, and gave me different levels of recommendations for other things that needed to be done. Some things were urgent, and some things were needed soon, but not urgent, and there were some things that were for maintenance only. On my lunch break, I called my service rep, and he was able to talk me through all of the things on the report, and explain things to me, because I am pretty illiterate when it comes to cars. I ended up also getting my drive belt replaced as well. But my rep made sure to let me know what the price would before I decided to go through with it. At the end of my work day, I drove my loaner car back to Luke's and picked my car up, and was on my way. Overall, the inspection report, and the loaner car I think is what really separates Luke's from the rest. When I've taken my car to get an oil change or the tires replaced at other places, i've always had to wait in the lobby and its a waste of time. I lost no time with Luke's and knew exactly what was happening to my car. Take your car to Luke's if you want incredible service.

Purchased a "New" Camper Shell for our vehicle. In no step…read moreof the process we were alerted that this camper shell was installed and used by another person for approx 7 months and then returned to Funtrail Vehicle Accessories. When we found out about the discrepancies called in and a very rude and condescending mannered representative named Eric stated "The Camper Shell is New to you, so it's New" We brought this up to the owner of Funtrail Vehicle Accessories and he admitted that it was used. This Camper Shell indeed is not new, it is Used and in "Good" Condition, Not "Excellent" or "Like New/Certified Refurbished/Fixed" There was half witted fixes, poorly repaired chips in the paint, the back door does not close properly what so ever and minimal water proofing. The owner offered to fix the problems free of charge and try and get us the manufacturer warranty in our name. Which is a fix if the issues this could have been avoided if they were completely transparent with their business practices and made it fully aware that we were purchasing a used camper shell. We brought it in for the repairs 1/5/2022 and the door still doesn't shut properly. Funtrail Vehicle Accessories did add silicone sealer go further water proof it. So that's a plus The door doesn't close properly still even though it closes "9 out of 10 times" as stated by the installing technician. The paint chips are still unsightly and paint has not been offered to be fixed/repaired, as well as no manufacturer warranty because the item is used, however we were referred to go on the website and register ourselves. So we will try and do that if it lets us After writing a review on Google, Yelp and Facebook 1/5/2022 We were asked to reach out again and after discussing we are receiving a NEW Camper Shell in 3 months to replace the one we purchased.
