This review is more about a younger guy who was working in the back service area named Daniel. Inwent in to get a piece of glass cut (as I have dozens of times through the years) he was sitting on a stool and I asked if he could cut me a piece of glass and he said "we only have single pane" I told him I realized that and that's what I wanted . He then told me that it breaks if you even look at it and I said I know that and he is a bigger guy and his whole demeanor was cocky and is attitude was terrible as he still sat on the stool. I told him I'd still like a piece of it cut and he sat there until it is head tilted back and looked at me all cocky there was another older gentleman in there working I don't know who he was if he was new or what but then I said I don't understand what the problem is. And he said well the stuff's real fragile I said you don't want to do it that's okay but I don't like your attitude . He then got up and stood right in front of me like he was going to punch me or something and said well maybe I won't cut it then. I can't believe the older guy and back didn't say something to him. Needless to say I was getting pretty pissed off. I then said I'm not sure if you're having a bad day or what but this is very unprofessional. I literally thought the guy was going to punch me needless to say that situation is unfortunate but I know more than the older guy had to see what was going on and nobody bothered to say a word to me or apologize for what this young punk did I will never step foot back in that place again. I guess their customer service has really going downhill if that's how they're allowing these young people to act now a days ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

You gotta have the air conditioning in Ohio. The day before the machine was due to be dropped off I was informed that the machine I requested was not available but the new machine would be comparable. Delivery day came be I was given as Case 37c with a open cab. The machine worked great, the delivery guy was great. I have absolutely no issues with the staff or the ability of the machine. I would give them 5 stars if the machine they gave me had a enclosed cab. I would definitely rent from them again.

About 5 hours into our drive we had a blowout and almost caught fire. We contacted Uhaul customer care for assistance and a few hours later, realized that Uhaul was not going to assist in a timely manner. When I got ready to head back in the trailer I had had for horrible tires on that one was completely bald wires showing through and flat. Because of this I could not take it to get the gas filled up and get it back on time. Because of all my hassle I had to deal with they still sent me a bill for gas:). When I went in to speak to Nate one of the owners, he acted like I was the biggest idiot in the world and maybe I am. I would give a zero star review but I hate how detrimental bad reviews are too small local companies. Just make sure you check out the equipment before you take it out, and read the fine print about trailers before you take them as you will be responsible for the crappy tires.
