The communication and service were excellent. Adam remembered who I was and the service by my name only. Incredible memory. Great service manager. I have been to other dealers and another ASK location, but this location will be my choice from now on. I had a brief interaction with a salesperson and talked about motorcycles. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. When I'm in the market for a new bike, this will be the guy I buy it from. Congratulations on great service and a friendly, efficient staff. Bob W

For the record, this review is specifically about the Ask Powersports-Columbus location. This…read morefeedback comes after a direct, difficult discussion with the owner/manager of this family business to ensure there is no confusion regarding which location provided this experience. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience that started with the service department and ended with a complete lack of leadership. When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was effectively, "service is bad everywhere." There was no apology or "how can I help?" Instead, I was given excuses about how difficult it is to find personable technicians and why I should essentially accept a subpar experience. It's clear management is more focused on preserving "margins" than providing professional service. If good service is hard to find, I'd still rather take my business to someone who actually tries. Being content with providing a horrible customer experience is a choice, and it's one this business has made. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and go to Pony Powersports instead. They seem to understand that protecting the bottom line shouldn't come at the expense of the person standing in front of them.

I found Dave's Tires on Yelp, so before I begin, here's another example of Yelp giving back to the…read morecommunity! I called last Friday after having talked to different businesses about getting my tire rim repaired or replaced. None of them gave me any real satisfactory information so the search continued until I got to Dave's. I believe it was Kevin that I spoke with (I'm sorry, the name escapes me). He was very informative and quite pleasant on the phone, giving me quotes and guarantee information on their service and products. Saturday, I drove up to get the rim repaired, only to find that they were/are "closed on Saturdays until further notice". I went back on Monday and met with him to review my rim's condition. He took a look and gave me a very clear explanation and what I should expect. He even suggested that I could expedite matters by taking it directly to their service center for repair. I told him that I was comfortable leaving it with him and could wait a few days. I left the tire with him feeling good about things. It was early Tuesday when he called to let me know that the repair was complete (much sooner than I expected). I drove back and picked it up, extremely pleased with their timeliness. My added bonus came when he reviewed the condition of the damaged tire with me to show me exactly why it was unsafe for use. He had conducted a search to get me pricing on tires, even though I told him I was getting it replaced at no charge by the company responsible for the bad tire. I did indicate that I will be using him in the future... ...and so should you. But when/if you do, as always, be sure to tell 'em that "Kenny sent ya"!

They don't require appointments for their estimates and the team that they have working was quick and efficient - evaluating the damage and providing me an itemized estimate for the repairs. Since my vehicle was driveable, the repairs weren't urgent, so I scheduled it for a month later. When I arrived at my appointment time, they had me on the schedule and completed the repairs in three days, as promised. The car looks as good as new and as an added bonus, they washed and detailed the inside, even though the repair was only to the rear bumper. The staff was kind and considerate - the facility was clean and organized. As an added bonus, they work closely with Hertz and Enterprise, so I was able to arrange for a rental car to be picked up and dropped off at the location. I know that body shops get a bad name - but this one was top notch. I hope I won't need to return, but if I do - this will be the first stop.
