I could not have been more pleased with the service here (obviously, since I left a 5 star rating). I chose them because we started to feel like we were getting ripped off (lots of hidden charges) at the last place we went. I wanted to stay close to home and find a small business to support. I looked to yelp! and saw all the 5 star reviews and gave them a shot, and I'm so glad I did!. The got me scheduled quickly with no problem, and the oil change took exactly as long as they said it would and COST EXACTLY WHAT THEY QUOTED ME OVER THE PHONE. If you've ever gotten an oil change you know how amazing that phrase is, right there. Every time I've gone to a chain store for an oil change it's at least 25-30% higher than the quote or the price on the sign. They also upsell you everything they can and it's intimidating if you hate saying no and you know little about cars. Not here. I got an oil change and an inspection and no upselling whatsoever. I was also told that anytime I need them to check my levels (oil, tires, whatever), to just pop in and they'll do it for free. This was a service the last guys offered and I was worried about missing at a new shop. While I was there I started talking to them and we had a great conversation. I was treated like a PERSON and not just a wallet walking through the door. This was seriously one of the best customer experiences I've had since moving to Columbus. So glad we switched our business here.

One place tried telling me what was wrong before they had even physical seen it. Another told me what was wrong and stated that I needed 2 tires even though I only hit (1) side. All places prior to PNUT prices were over $200 just for 1 tire. Granted yes they have new tires but so does PNUT. At the last minute I did one last search and I came across Pablos New & Used Tires. So thankful that I did because they did not try to up-sale me they had my specific tire brand/size in stock, the price I paid for the tire it self and the install was insanely good to my wallet and they checked it for free the guys were really nice and I was in and out the door within 25minutes. The owner even gave me recommendation on who he went through to get my window tints at. Just like I figured they confirmed and showed me that my front right tire only had a bubble which would explain the shaking. Nothing more nothing less. Definitely recommend them!

Very disappointing experience…read more I brought my 2021 Kia Forte here for front-end repairs, two new front tires, a patch for the rear tire, and an alignment. Before agreeing to the work, I was told the total would be $830, including the repairs and labor. The written quote I received also clearly showed a total of $830. After waiting several hours and going back and forth because the car was not ready when promised, I came to pick it up and was suddenly told I owed $1,085. They added another $230 for the tires and $25 for the patch. Those additional amounts were handwritten onto the original $830 quote after the work had already been completed. I explained that this was not what we agreed to and that I only approved the work because I understood the full total to be $830. The employee then denied saying everything was included. The final paper was also not properly itemized. It still said "Quote" and did not clearly separate the cost of parts, labor, tires, alignment, mounting, balancing, or other charges. My main issue is not simply the price--it is the lack of clear communication and the fact that the total changed after the work was completed. Customers should receive a complete, itemized, written estimate before authorizing repairs, especially when the final charge is hundreds of dollars higher than expected. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting every charge in writing and confirming the complete out-the-door total before allowing any work to begin.

Generally as a female walking into a tire shop, men try to upsell me, give me bullshit problems, try to sell me I need things I don't need. With Mo it was nothing like this. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, did not overcharge me AND he TOTALLY went above and beyond. He did not ruin my car in any way, which was absolutely everything, (the fact that I have to say this, should tell you what kind of experiences I've had in the past) and the fact that he was easy on the eyes was definitely the cherry on top (you'll know you're talking to him because he's the handsome one with the absolutely perfect teeth..*swoon*) Alas, ladies he IS married, I know, it's heartbreaking to me as well.. but it's still nice to watch him work lol I WILL BE GOING TO THE SHOP EXCLUSIVELY FROM NOW ON... 10/10 RECOMMEND Also it's worth mentioning that this is a family owned shop, and we should be supporting our local businesses.
