Stopped in to look at an A5 for my son, great experience. I met Michael and Brent and they were true professionals.

I've had the car in the shop more than I've had the car out of the shop they can't ever seem to fix anything and then they still charge you $150 every single time and they fix nothing. It's absolutely terrible Jeep should've never it was a lemon basically they show me a lemon at the end of the day. I should've got a brand new fucking jeep. Point blank when the car has that many problems so many times over and over and over again that are not user problems. It's not me doing it I'm not ruining four sets of rotors in under a year and I mean it's just one thing after another. I order a heated seat cover because my heated seat went out. It's been there for going on six months now they called me telling me they were going to return it if I didn't schedule an appointment to get it put in I take it up there to get it put in and it sat there for three days before I had to have my uncle go up there and say what the fuck is going on and they said well it could be another four or five days who knows how long till we get to it and it's still never been completed it's still sitting there. I paid $1000 for it. It's just sitting there. They've never done nothing about it. Terrible. I would never recommend this Jeep dealership if my life depended on it I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited to see if they could somehow make amends and do the right thing but it's just over and over and over and over again it's all wrong. There's nothing ever done right never not once ever.

I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since…read morethis model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.

This time, Brian Tassinari was in charge of our service and he was awesome. Our biggest gripe from past services both here and at Easton was that we'd come in, the service would be completed, we'd pay the bill and they'd send us off with the keys. No explanation of what was done to the vehicle for several hundred dollars. I get it that some German car owners may have an attitude of "whatever, here's my credit card" - but we buy nice cars intending to drive them until they die. We understand the service is pricey; all we want is some better communication about what's happening with the car, things to look out for, etc. so we can continue to to take good care of it. From the get go, Brian greeted my husband, looked up the history of the vehicle, and put together a list of recommended services. Up front, he discussed the different services and explained thoroughly why they were recommended at this time. He wasn't pushy and seemed to care a lot about educating the customer. At the end of the service, Brian did a full review of the services performed and verified that no surprise issues came to light. This is exactly the kind of service we'd expect when working with a luxury auto service company and we will be directly requesting Brian for future work on the car.

Dan did just that he played on my emotions by using emotional manipulation and high-pressure tactics. There was also information that should have been disclosed about the vehicle I traded in and the one I purchased. I truly believed in this person as he comes off as your best friend, at the end of the day its all about winning your trust and not being transparent about the vehicle you traded in and the one purchased. with everything going on I should have never let him play on my emotions and should have never purchased the vehicle and lost the one I traded in. Mine was paid off and looked almost brand new ( 2024 ) and did not get what I should have as a trade in value. Then we found out that the 2024 that we purchased from them 2 years prior they never took the taxes off as we are taxed exempt. They took us for almost 4,000. I should have walked away before it got as far as it did , but when you have a great manipulator for a salesman you want to believe they truly care about their customer. Needless to say, they lost a repeat customer and I hope and pray that no one experiences the high pressure I did . Make sure you do your homework and remember they are doing fancy footwork to because its all about commission, not the customer. And Seth in customer service did us very wrong as well , Do not ever take your car their to get it detailed and take care of a few speaks of hair dye. Seth will seriously overcharge you!!! and then be nasty to you!!!

Our recent experience with Tansky's service department, especially with Kirby, has convinced us to…read morestop using Tansky as our primary shop, despite being long-time customers. Two weeks ago, a possibly mold-related smell appeared in our 2015 Toyota Corolla with no warning. It was strongest when idle or entering the car and came from the A/C vents. It caused minor headaches and allergy-like symptoms, so we were concerned about health risks. We replaced cabin and engine air filters, checked for water spills, and cleaned the interior, but the smell persisted. At Tansky, Kirby advised a 'diagnosis and advise' service ($175.87), saying the cost would go toward future repairs if needed. Diagnostics weren't completed until the next morning, conflicting with a planned road trip, but we proceeded anyway. When we returned, Kirby explained very little and focused on upselling. He said the cause was undetermined, suggested HVAC Refresh/Internal Detailing might help, then pushed a $6,000+ front timing cover seal repair, unrelated to the issue. We had to leave the problem unresolved due to our trip. Kirby seemed surprised we only wanted to pay the diagnostic fee but said future service would be credited. We planned to revisit after the trip. Reviewing the invoice, the mechanic found no water intrusions but noticed stronger smells behind the glovebox after I had missed a step replacing the cabin filter. No root cause was identified. Kirby had not shared this, focusing instead on the timing seal, giving the impression he didn't understand the issue. The next Wednesday, we scheduled the recommended HVAC Refresh ($260.87). A different advisor was surprised the prior diagnostic was charged and not part of a multi-point inspection, then referred us to Kirby when we mentioned the diagnostic cost being credited towards the refresh. Kirby said the $175.87 diagnostic would not apply because it wasn't a "repair," despite previously promising it would credit toward fixing the original problem. He said diagnostic fees only counted toward a "bigger repair," despite not being able to reference anything specific. He also questioned why we hadn't done service at the earlier visit, forgetting our previous conversation, and then even tried to upsell an interior detailing service. We asked if the HVAC Refresh would resolve the smell/vapor issue. Kirby said full resolution might require extensive disassembly and deep cleaning down to bare metal costing thousands of dollars, even though no mold was confirmed, and long-term improvement wasn't guaranteed. We canceled the appointment. Kirby backtracked on promised diagnostic fee waivers, and we had no confidence they knew the appropriate repair. The issue was not thoroughly diagnosed, and we were repeatedly misled about costs and next steps. Kirby appeared forgetful and focused on unrelated add-ons. We remain concerned the smell could come from internal components like the fuel system or engine, or HVAC issues like a blocked A/C drain, none of which were investigated. The diagnostic confirmed only what we had already reported, yet we were charged for a time-intensive service, essentially they wanted us to paying twice+ for the same reported problem. We chose service at a Toyota dealership for peace of mind, but Tansky failed to identify or fix the issue, repeatedly tried to upsell (including a ~$6k repair), and only coincidentally noticed the glovebox smell. Their high labor fee didn't reflect actual work, leaving us to question the thoroughness of their checks. Overall, Tansky seemed focused on upselling rather than genuinely addressing the problem. Kirby did not inspire confidence, and we no longer feel comfortable bringing our car there. At this point, a $40 DIY A/C cleaning kit and a new service provider seem like the most practical solution.
