Personal Belongings Cleaning - Hours and laborers billed 100% inaccurate; - On-site cleaning and boxing of items; nothing was wrapped prior to placing in boxes, boxes were not sealed or closed and boxes were not labeled - on-site arguments and disagreements between Servpro "employees" - Unprofessional; used my kitchen to prepare their lunches and take lunch breaks Property Restoration - Destruction to property during "restoration" - Lack of regard for safety and terms of property lease; threw carpet out the 2nd floor window AND let gas build up from stove and fire ball ensued while "cleaning" - Poor execution; second vendor entered and said " this is considered clean!" - Knowingly broke and damaged personal belongings and did not acknowledge - Charged for services not rendered (HVAC cleaning) - Lost insurance check - Lack of understanding by Servpro on authorization process when dealing with rental property

The "post-immediate" timing for follow-up that was communicated to us did not match actual experience. It got done but not in line with what we were told. 2. While acceptable, the extent of services and resulting billing felt a bit excessive. *Our insurance company communicated with Roto Rooter to question some of the charges. * We later learned that Roto Rooter agreed to our insurance company's assessment, yet we were billed the original estimate (110% of what was agreed with our insurance company). * When we questioned the billing we had paid, it took over a month to get acknowledgement that we'd been overcharged. * We ultimately rec'd a credit for the overcharge, 10 days after it was promised and 3 months after the service was provided. While we were quite happy with the service we received, we were disappointed with the business practices.

As soon as they found out the carpet needed to be replaced they changed their story and said it was all mud from prior use (which wouldn't make sense since the basement door is 50-60ft from the nearest door and 100ft from a door going to a lawn).
