The "post-immediate" timing for follow-up that was communicated to us did not match actual experience. It got done but not in line with what we were told. 2. While acceptable, the extent of services and resulting billing felt a bit excessive. *Our insurance company communicated with Roto Rooter to question some of the charges. * We later learned that Roto Rooter agreed to our insurance company's assessment, yet we were billed the original estimate (110% of what was agreed with our insurance company). * When we questioned the billing we had paid, it took over a month to get acknowledgement that we'd been overcharged. * We ultimately rec'd a credit for the overcharge, 10 days after it was promised and 3 months after the service was provided. While we were quite happy with the service we received, we were disappointed with the business practices.

Kamran was very responsive and very pleasant to talk with through the process. He gave me a rundown of what cleaning service he was providing and was able to fit me in within a few days, given my personal moving goals. He kept in contact with me and gave me a closer time frame and double checked with me prior to the appointment. I, unfortunately, wasn't able to physically meet Kamran but my parents were there to let him in and Kamran was kind enough to still keep me updated on the process. The space that needed cleaning were 2 bedrooms and a staircase. Essentially the entirety of the upstairs is carpeted except for the bathroom and Kamran cleaned all of the carpet, including the landing and closets. I, myself, didn't even think to mention that as spaces that needed cleaning so I was very thankful that he cleaned those. There was some unexpected difficulties given how far my building was from the parking lot but Kamran handled everything well and still got the job done quickly and efficiently. Honestly, working with Arya Carpet Cleaning and Kamran was a great experience and I highly recommend them if you're looking for any type of carpet or upholstry cleaning! They ignored 90% of the construction work and over charged for sidings that was not needed. They did this so they could get a depreciation check for the siding. They can't get depreciation for lumber so they totally rewrote what my insurance adjuster suggested. I gave Paul Davis a down payment of five thousand to have the construction portion completed to my satisfaction and my insurance paid the remaining balance after the person in charge of the local office tricked me in signing the completion form. He sat right on my couch with a smile on his face and told me I would get money back because he was not able to finish but he said I had to sign the form so the funds could be released by my insurance. The local Paul Davis office refused to give me a refund after my insurance paid the remaining balance and he even tried to get me to open a new claim after panels were coming off. This was done to Paul Davis trying to cover up rotted wood. The local Paul Davis Office even tried to trick me in paying the remaining balance even after it was specified in the contract and through emails that my insurance was responsible for the remaining balance... not me. Also the local owner still tried to trick me to pay the remaining balance with my credit card before my insurance paid the remaining outrageous balance to Paul Davis Restoration. I had to pay out of my own pocket to have the construction work done properly. There were many things on the quote that was never done. You would think that the cooperate office would be concerned about having dishonest people representing The Paul Davis brand but they couldn't care less. They just sent me an email saying they are a separate legal entity from the local office. After doing my research... I have found that this sort of dishonesty is happening through most of Paul Davis offices Nation wide.
