I paid $535.00 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath house air ducts and the guys told me at the time of service that my dryer vent would be an extra $99.00. I declined! Not only did the flat rate, one charge fee catch my attention, but the detailed explanation of the service over the phone when I first called. The other companies I called not only charged extra for this and that, but they didn't explain the process. Clean extreme thoroughly explained step by step what is being done before I could even think to ask. Service requested was an air duct cleaning for the house. Quality of the job was better than expected. First, communication was on point. The day before I got a reminder text as well as the morning of. The day of the service, they texted me with an estimated arrival time. (That time matched with time of my scheduled appointment) The crew showed up 5 mins earlier than said time and got right to business. They were polite and respectful but also short spoken and ready to work. It was a few hours of work and they were on their way! I also really appreciated the before and after pictures. I can't say enough great things about this company! They, Gregory and crew, came out, let me know every step they needed to do and how they were doing it and time involved. I had just bought a house built in the 30's and I don't think the vents were ever cleaned, it was amazing at the amount of junk that was removed. I was shocked! Clean Extreme came out this week to clean our air ducts and we couldn't have been more happy with the process (and results)! Tim and Greg were friendly and professional. They explained the process and then got to work cleaning out decades of dust from our vents. Throughout the time they were working they took great care to protect our house by wearing foot coverings and set up shields to protect our walls/baseboards from the hoses. Our house was built in the 1950s, had never had the ducts cleaned before and we recently completed a reno - it was way overdue to have the ducts cleaned. I took a chance on this company never really hearing about them before. They answered my call promptly, I spoke to a real person who sent someone out the following morning. They texted me their ETA that morning & a photo of the service person I'd expect to see. They arrived timely, were professional & found my duct to be clean (visualized by a duct camera system). *I had run a duct brush through it the weekend prior but had not airflow from the exterior side vent. It turns out the dryer vented out the roof. No idea what the side vent is for. After the job was done, I received an email with interior photos of the duct showing it to be clean. An accompanying invoice was ridiculously low. I called to confirm the adjusted amount and was told it was correct. This has been THE best post-pandemic service I've experienced from any company. I had actually been thinking of having them cleaned for months now but my husband was spectical of the process and whether it was worth the money. Two men arrived at my house today on time, wore booties, gave me a quote and started the job. They were friendly and professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Review: I purchased A Groupon for this company for $99.00 because we are expecting a new baby in December and I thought it would be a good idea to have the ventilation system cleaned. The tech called the day before to remind me of our appointment, and they arrived a half hour early after informing me of the schedule change. Two technicians came into my home and immediately put on sanitary booties. One man followed me throughout the house and accounted for all of the vents and returns, and wrote them down on a piece of paper which would act as my receipt. He politely told me how many vents and returns we have in our home and how many our Groupon covers, then offered the amount in in additional charges it would cost to do everything in the home. He was very gracious in making us feel the decision was ours and didn't make us feel pressured at all. ******Because I had read the fine print on the Groupon I knew there we would be paying more than what the Groupon cost.******* I see some reviewers who did NOT read the fine print and therefor were surprised when the technicians offered to do all the vents in the home for an additional fee because the groupon only covers a certain amount. We never had our air ducts cleaned before and were wondering if it really would change how dusty our house got. We used Clean Extreme and they did an amazing job. The employees that did our air duct cleaning were super nice and professional. They showed us before and after pictures and the difference was crazy. Getting our air ducts cleaned has defiantly helped with how fast our house gets dusty. We also used them for carpet cleaning and again they did a great job. Very impressed with these guys. They came a little after 9 and were done within an hour. Of course our air ducts are located on top of each other. They charged a littke $80 with coupon for 11 vents and 2 returns. Professional and all around nice guys. We heard dust being vacuumed up and they wore booties the whole time. He also gave us a quick quote on our carpet which is horrendous from baby formula, cat puke, coffee stains, and other spills. Very reasonable and not much more than buying all the equipment and renting a cleaner and onky getting half of it up. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Much cheaper than a few quotes we had and I believe they still nadd money with their price. read more

A couple of days ago we had our air ducts cleaned. My husband said when they arrived they acted as if they didn't want to be at our home. They left a vent cover hanging above a bedroom door. Our covers are the older ones, so they are quite heavy. My husband was concerned with it falling and hitting someone. A quick walk through the home would have solved that. But failure to shows poor work ethic. The next morning we noticed our heat was at 66, despite being set at 72, but later in the AM came up to 72. Later the next evening we noticed it was cold and the pilot light was out, but the fan continued to run. My spouse looked into the furnace and after calling a friend, it was discovered the company had flipped a switch. This could be an honest mistake, but all of the above added up to a not so great experience. My spouse believes it is because we bought and used a Groupon. I guess you get what you pay for. But my thought is, don't offer a Groupon deal if you do not want to provided discounted service! Would definitely NOT recommend!!!! read more
