Unfortunately, I can't recommend Greener Steamer based on my experience…read more We hired them to clean carpet at one of our properties. After the initial cleaning, there were still visible spots remaining and a strong urine-like odor that had not been resolved. We contacted the company, and to their credit, they agreed to a follow-up visit. The purpose of rescheduling was so I could meet the technician on site, point out the remaining problem areas, and review the results together. That never happened. There was confusion regarding the technician's arrival time, and by the time I arrived at the property, no one was there. As a result, I never had the opportunity to walk through the concerns with the technician. I followed up with the office asking what areas had been treated and requested the technician's notes so I could understand what work had been performed. Rather than addressing those questions, I was simply told the follow-up was a "courtesy" and that there was nothing more they could do. I understand that not every stain can be removed, especially on an older carpet. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled after the service. I expected a discussion about what was and wasn't possible--not to have my questions dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.

He was very honest about the treatments and recommended that my best option would be to buy a new rug vs having it cleaned since it was not overly expensive or sentimental. Both Adam and Amanda were very responsive and nice. They were able to get me booked for an appointment this weekend with only a day or twos notice. He got here early morning, thoroughly vacuumed, sprayed, and cleaned my carpets. My carpets look and smell great and the cleaning was very affordable. I highly recommend!

They called early to see if I was able to start earlier than discussed and that was okay, but don't know if that could have been a problem if I wasn't there. I didn't really expect to be asked to tip and that wasn't what I had expected in the quote but overall they deserved it. A hard working team that seemed to want me to be satisfied. Thanks!!
