Came highly recommended, I also recommend Warriors. Son Jackson was right on time. We walked through the house spotting the air vents as he told me how the service works. The house had been built eight years ago, and needed an air duct cleaning to get out the builder's debris. Jackson went to work putting the large vacuum hose through the basement window to the furnace area. He checked all floor vents and cold returns. This house is a larger two story, and it took Jackson five hours. He was efficient and neat. His father, John, had given me the estimate and time, and he was spot on. My ducts haven't been cleaned in ages. Not being the original home owner, it's hard to say when they were last cleaned. Called for a quote (quick and easy), they got me on their calendar (they are busy, but scheduling a few weeks out and we're upfront on their end). They are transparent on pricing and showed up when they said they would. They walked me through what they were doing, what equipment they used, and allowed the curious person that I am to watch much of the process and learn about my home. I am just thrilled with Air Duct Warrior's work. John first explained how he was going to proceed with the process, then was meticulous in cleaning all of the ducts. I had been told by other companies that they could not clean ducts that where underneath the house (down-flow furnace), but John was able to do them.
